Holiday rentals with a patio in Kufstein District

We felt really comfortable in the guest apartment. The place was modern and very clean. Our host, Katharina was warm, hospitable and uncomplicated. We were always able to reach out to them with questions and always received a quick reply. We were also very enthusiastic about the delicious farm products. The property is located in a quiet and idyllic area. We can definitely recommend this place. Thank you for the wonderful time and all the hospitality.

The accommodation is even better than it looks in the photos. It's totally new. We stayed 3 nights but it had everything we needed for a long stay. The kitchen was fully furnished, the bedroom is large, there was plenty of storage space, the lights are dimmable, the electric blinds, the bed is very large and comfortable. Taking a nap listening only to the birds outside was a joy. The accommodation has a small wooden porch where we had breakfast every day watching the bell tower and the cows grazing in the meadow next to the house. You leave the car right next to your accommodation, which is very practical. The setting is beautiful, you can see the mountains, the green meadows, snow in the background, pine trees... completely idyllic. Small but practical bathroom. There is a Spar and some services nearby and it is very well located to get to know the area: Innsbruck, Hall in Tirol, Arena Coaster, etc. I would stay again and I recommend it 100%

A very nice, clean and well-equipped apartment. The location directly on the lake also contributed to the immediate holiday atmosphere. We will be happy to come back.

Great apartment. Nice hostess. Everything you need is there. Consumables such as garbage bags, dish soap, and sponges are also there. Many accommodations lack this. We were there for skiing. The ski resort at Schatzberg is right outside the door. The Wilder Kaiser is a 25-minute drive away. We explored both areas and had a lot of fun. We'll be back!

Located in a quite area, short walking to bus and city. Apartment is nice

We had a super nice stay. Roswitha and her husband are incredibly friendly. Among other things, they gave us tips for tours and were open to any questions. Everything tip top, happy to come again!

We had an amazing stay at Tom’s place! Beautiful and cozy house perfect for our girls trip. Near ski bus so it was easy to reach the larger ski area.

Hermanns place was cozy with lots of natural light and character. Great fenced in backyard, perfect for our dog. Very easily accessible to multiple skiing areas and extremely accessible from the Autobahn. Many options for grocery shopping and eating nearby. Hermann was extremely helpful and friendly. We will definitely visit again!

Everything worked out fine from check-in to checkout. Very friendly host who is easily accessible for questions. The apartment is furnished with a lot of love for detail. We recommend the place, especially because of the good location.

also very helpful with many short-term changes and no problem to implement them. be it a spontaneous rebooking of the desired period, one more person and individual wishes for more "single" sleepers than normal. I can only highly recommend the hostess!

The chalet was well furnished and in a fantastic location. The amenities are excellent and the interior is perfectly coordinated. With hot tub and sauna, the overall package is excellent! The uncomplicated check-in and check-out is very positive. Highly recommended!

I stayed here w my family (3 young kids) and it was perfect for us. The location was super convenient, with trains and buses to get to nearby mountains (and w one within walking distance). It was also quiet and comfortable. I loved having the bakery below and sending the kids down to get cinnamon rolls and my morning cappuccino. Would definitely go back to the alps to ski and stay in the same spot!

Very nice place that had everything you could want. Spacious, functional, cozy, neat, and clean. We used the home as a home for skiing holidays, but I also think it could be a nice place to stay in the summer. Highly recommend!

Can't find a fault. Host was really helpful and helped book taxis. She even offered to take us to the wedding we were attending when the taxi was late. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen and bathroom was very clean and had everything you needed!

We really enjoyed our stay in Niederndorf. The apartment was very spacious and very comfortable. It had all the amenities we needed and the communication with the hosts was excellent.

Marlies was so kind, friendly, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and BEAUTIFUL. I spent 4 beautiful and peaceful days in this apartment. It was clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything I needed. The place is beautifully located next to a farm and with a fantastic view to wake up to. If you plan to stay at the place, I would recommend going by car as the place is rather remote and it usually takes 10-15 minutes to get to a nearby village. Amenities were great, the kitchen is really well equipped (incl. Nespresso coffee machine and dishwasher). One thing to note though, the beds are rather short and the bathroom is small - in case you are tall, you would want to consider this (we are not, so we didn't mind at all). Overall, amazing experience: we stayed at Elisabeth's place in June and the area is wonderful to hike and spend time outdoors. Elisabeth is a responsive and accessible host, she was always around and/or available in case of questions. Would definitely recommend staying at the place if you are planning to visit Tirol!
