Our beautiful modern 3-room apartment is located in the Dünengarten vacation resort with direct private beach access and a small park. It has a large combined living and dining room with fully equipped kitchenette. 1 bedroom/children's room with bunk bed and one bedroom with box spring bed. In the cozy living room with pull-out box spring couch, an additional 2 people can sleep comfortably. The bathroom is equipped with a shower/toilet. From the living room there is a balcony with side sea view.

Die Beachtime liegt zentral und dennoch ruhig nur 800 m von der Seebrücke und dem Strand entfernt in der Strandstrasse. Die Strandstrasse ist die Einkaufs- und Flaniermeile in Kühlungsborn und lädt mit vielen Geschäften und Gastronomie zum Bummeln und Verweilen ein. Dieser belebte Abschnitt der Strandstrasse beginnt in nur 100 m Entfernung der Wohnung. Alles für den täglichen Bedarf ist von hier fußläufig erreichbar und der Stadtwald und der Lindenpark sind auch nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt.

For our guests we offer 2 visits to the Baltic Sea cinema. A parking lot is also available. The apartment also has Wi-Fi and consists of 2 living rooms and bathroom with bathtub. Distances: approx. 150 meters as the crow flies to the beach approx. 60 meters to the supermarket/bakery approx. 10 minutes to the train station

In Apartment MeerGlück, you can simply switch off. The apartment is very well equipped for up to 4 people. There are two cozy beds (1x 180*200 and 160x200). Dogs are welcome. The "Kontor" is a spacious, stately apartment with marodem charm for 2 people that is located in the right wing, on the ground floor of the house. In 2011, I acquired the manor house in Kobrow from the point of view of reviving and maintaining a small piece of the cultural heritage of our country.
