Our holiday apartment is located in the house "Ostseekino Kühlungsborn“. The accommodation is about 40 sqm. They have a separate entrance, terrace and outdoor fireplace. For our guests we offer 2 visits to the Baltic Sea cinema. A parking lot is also available. The apartment also has Wi-Fi and consists of 2 living rooms and bathroom with bathtub. Distances: approx. 150 meters as the crow flies to the beach approx. 60 meters to the supermarket/bakery approx. 10 minutes to the train station

If you are looking for peace and relaxation, this is the place to be. From the bedroom you have beautiful views of the estate park. The property was completed in early June 2024 and is the ideal base for cycling tours

Each room has a TV. The kitchen is fully equipped from the coffee machine to the dishwasher. The small highlight for bad weather is a PlayStation 5 that can be used. The apartment is at ground level.

Our beautiful 3-room apartment "Spatzennest" is located on the top floor of the house, where you can enjoy the view from the balcony. Due to the very good location in Kühlungsborn-West, you will find everything you need for a nice vacation in the immediate vicinity: the long sandy beach, the promenade, many restaurants and bars, the concert garden, the city forest and many other places for various activities. So you can leave your car for a few days.

The 72 m² apartment, completed in 2019, is on the 3rd floor/attic in the newly built apartment villa "Strandperle" with a total of 7 residential units and is only about 200 m away from the beach.

The Baltic Sea beach is about 800 m away and direct access to the sea via the "Devil's Gorge" is 300 m. Sports, leisure and shopping are abundant in the village. On the terrace you can sometimes see the sea through the treetops and enjoy romantic sunsets.
