Our apartment on the second floor has two advantages due to its south-west orientation: on the one hand, the greatest possible enjoyment of the sun and on the other hand, the quiet location facing away from the street. The apartment complex with sauna is located in the first row 50 m from the beach, exactly between the districts of Kühlungsborn-Ost and Kühlungsborn-West. At the back, after about 50 m, the city forest begins, which invites you to relaxing hikes. A sauna is also available in the house after registration.

The holiday home is located in the Sternberger Seenland Nature Park, is 200 years old and was formerly the same. Ice house of the manor house. It was completely renovated in 2017. Groß Raden has an archaeological open-air museum with holiday programs and two restaurants. From the jetty or boat you can fish or swim. Our holiday apartment is located in the house "Ostseekino Kühlungsborn“. The accommodation is about 40 sqm. They have a separate entrance, terrace and outdoor fireplace. For our guests we offer 2 visits to the Baltic Sea cinema. A parking lot is also available. The apartment also has Wi-Fi and consists of 2 living rooms and bathroom with bathtub. Distances: approx. 150 meters as the crow flies to the beach approx. 60 meters to the supermarket/bakery approx. 10 minutes to the train station
