From there, you can also continue to Kühthai. Lake Piburg and Area 47 can each be reached in 15 minutes. Distance from Innsbruck: 30 minutes on the highway! In summer there is also a barbecue area in the garden, including a garden house and deck chairs.

Schönwies is a small, quiet place with 2 grocery stores, a train station, close to a shopping center, cinema, etc.

Welcome to beautiful Upper Bavaria! Our newly built, modernly furnished solid wood house is in a quiet, sunny location in Bad Kohlgrub. The Hörnle cable car can be reached on foot in 2 minutes. The large terrace and a private garden invite you to linger. In the village itself there are shops, restaurants and cafes. Innsbruck, Munich and Augsburg can be reached in about an hour. We'd love to have you as our guests!

Private, open outdoor fireplace for romantic evenings. Hiking from the house, climbing areas within walking distance, lakes, diving area, golf, etc. in approx. 15 min., ski resorts in about 25 min. by car. Cross-country ski trail in front of the house.

Sellrainer Dachstubn

My grandparents built and operated this house as a small guesthouse. Where there were once separate guest rooms, there is now a newly renovated, light-flooded 100 sqm 3-room attic apartment with mountain views, in which I now live. However, since I am on the road a lot myself, I have decided to continue the tradition of the house and occasionally welcome guests. Maybe you soon?

The apartment "Brunnenhaus," a NON-SMOKING house, 120 square meters, is one of two halves of a lovingly restored farmhouse, Klammer Hof, from the 19th century with the most modern comforts. It is in a unique secluded location and offers everything for a feel-good holiday in the beautiful alpine landscape of Tyrol.

In the middle of a meadow with orchards, our vacation home is in a secluded location. The old part from the 16th century was formerly used as a granary. The large terrace is for the exclusive use of our guests. Garden furniture, deck chairs and a grill are provided.

A cozy apartment with integrated kitchen and separate bathroom in an old building under the roof. The old wooden beam construction gives the whole a very individual touch. Particularly well suited for 2 people. A maximum of 3 people can stay overnight.
