The house (apartments) Markulin are located in Preko only a few meters from the sea in a beautiful atmosphere. Fantastic position 200 m from the ferry dock, allows guests to easily navigate and quickly reach the facility. The house is surrounded by high, stone walls that guarantee complete privacy.The garden is full of Mediterranean plants in which there is a children's playground. In the immediate vicinity there are all the necessary facilities (restaurants, supermarkets, cafes, butcher, fish market, sports ground,bakery).

Holiday Home Jardin (private pool and jacuzzi)

Our holiday home is located in Ždrelac, on the island of Pašman. You can come to us from Zadar Gaženica ferry port with ferry (25min), from Zadar old town with boat (20min) and from Biograd on the sea with ferry (20min). On our property, there are two houses (Jardin and Romarin) that share parking, garden with pool, jacuzzi and sauna during summer. Out of the season (from 15.9 till 1.6) you'll be alone and you'll have the whole place for yourself. From our plot you can reach the beach directly.

Appartment SEA VIEW is located in the heart of Kali. This old stone house in a row was built in year 1900. and has the soul of Mediterranean as it once was. The first thing that occupies you when you enter the appartment is the magnificent view! Dear guests, welcome to (y)our home. This beautiful house is located in a small cove in Kukljica, Ugljan Island. Old part of the house is originally built in 1921 by my grandfather who was a sailor and was building it while at home. It was actually the first house in the cove around 100 years ago. Of course, house has been rebuilt and renovated since and there are few more houses around now, but the cove has remained very beautiful and peaceful as always.
