In the heart of our olive grove in Kali, there is a 19m² cottage for anyone who wants to be at one with nature and spend a peaceful, quiet vacation on the sunny island of Ugljan. The house is modernly decorated with beautiful surroundings and an orchard. It is located 10 minutes walk from Kali and can be accessed by car. Nearby, there is a lovely promenade and a bike path through the woods. This is the perfect place for a peaceful getaway!

Home with a unique view

The house (apartments) Markulin are located in Preko only a few meters from the sea in a beautiful atmosphere. Fantastic position 200 m from the ferry dock, allows guests to easily navigate and quickly reach the facility. The house is surrounded by high, stone walls that guarantee complete privacy.The garden is full of Mediterranean plants in which there is a children's playground. In the immediate vicinity there are all the necessary facilities (restaurants, supermarkets, cafes, butcher, fish market, sports ground,bakery).

Holiday Home Jardin (private pool and jacuzzi)

Our holiday home is located in Ždrelac, on the island of Pašman. You can come to us from Zadar Gaženica ferry port with ferry (25min), from Zadar old town with boat (20min) and from Biograd on the sea with ferry (20min). On our property, there are two houses (Jardin and Romarin) that share parking, garden with pool, jacuzzi and sauna during summer. Out of the season (from 15.9 till 1.6) you'll be alone and you'll have the whole place for yourself. From our plot you can reach the beach directly.

This property is situated directly by the seaside. Enjoy the comforts of our apartment; it's spacious, feel free to walk barefooted on the timber flooring...after an early morning swim enjoy a coffee on our balcony or in our living area, both with incredible sea views, watch the regattas, wonderful sunsets, with a bit of luck even dolphins...have yourself a bbq in our garden/ grill area under the shade of the grape vines, or just grab one of our bikes and go for a nice bike ride...

Dear guests, welcome to (y)our home. This beautiful house is located in a small cove in Kukljica, Ugljan Island. Old part of the house is originally built in 1921 by my grandfather who was a sailor and was building it while at home. It was actually the first house in the cove around 100 years ago. Of course, house has been rebuilt and renovated since and there are few more houses around now, but the cove has remained very beautiful and peaceful as always.

Most rooms have been newly renovated or refurbished. To get to the island, you need to take a ferry, which runs almost hourly between 5 am to 1 am.

Zadar being 7kms away its just a short drive away.. If you are flying in Zadar airport is 6kms away.
