Smoking-friendly holiday rentals in Kuljače

We stayed as two couples and it was a very comfortable, pleasant stay. A car is absolutely necessary, but the location is wonderful, private, and quiet. Amazing views from the apartment, the patio, and the beautiful seating area above the kitchen! The only thing we wished we'd known before we booked was that the hot tub is €10 per 30 minutes. Great value. Spacious, clean, nice view, free parking and convenient location. Miroslav and Aleksandar were very friendly and quickly responsed to any questions we had. The apartment itself is well equipped and next to a busy road. The apartment comes with AC but we were surprised how well it kept the temperature at bay even when it was around 30 degrees outside. We weren't bothered, but traffic produces some noise. Also, you can walk to the beach in 10 minutes if you can find the right alleyways. However, when you head back to the apartment, be ready to climb some stairs or take a longer route since the apartment is located on a hillside. Consider renting a car or getting a taxi if walking isn't your piece of cake. A clear 5/5 for me.

Prachtig verblijf! Er zijn 3 appartementen en de eigenares woont op het gelijkvloers. Deze is zeer discreet waardoor als je geluk hebt en de andere twee appartementen niet verhuurd zijn, je het gevoel hebt dat je alleen bent en ook het zwembad helemaal voor jezelf hebt! Echt een topverblijf!

Ev mobilyaları eski ama kesinlikle temiz ve düzenli. Ailece çok rahat kalabilirsiniz. Plajlara yürüyerek 15/20 dakika mesafede. Ev sahibi çok kaliteli ve ilgili biri, her konuda yardımcı oluyor. Bir evden beklentinin bir çocuğunu karşılıyor.

We had a great stay here. It was central , close to great bars and restaurants but also very quiet and peaceful. Communication was great and we felt very safe.

Kendileri son derece içten ve saygılı idiler. Hiç sıkıntı yaşamadık. Kızımın deniz kolluğunu unutmuştuk nereden alacağımızı sorduk. Kendisi akşama doğru bize hediye etti. Biz onu kullanıp daha sonra başka birine gerekebilir diye tekrardan orada bıraktık. Otopark sorunu yoktu. Kendisine bir konuda özür borçluyuz. Bir meyve bıçağını yanlışlıkla poşetimizde kalmış. Onlara bir ufak meyve bıçağı borcumuz var😅 Her şey için teşekkürler.

We recently stayed at Tanja’s wonderful top floor apartment in Budva, and it exceeded our expectations. The balcony offers truly breathtaking views that made every morning and evening special. The location is incredibly convenient—just a short walk to the charming Old Town and the beautiful beach, making it easy to explore and relax without hassle. The apartment itself was comfortable and well-equipped for a memorable stay. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a fantastic stay in Budva. Wir hatten zwei tolle Nächte in der Unterkunft. Ihre Terasse und der Außenbereich sind einfach nur traumhaft. Wir konnten uns gar nicht satt sehen an der tollen Aussicht von Vögel, Pferden, sogar ein paar kleine Schildkröten konnte man neben dem Haus beobachten, wie sie den Berg hoch und runter wandern. Die Kommunikation mit Nikola hat super funktioniert, er hat alles getan, dass wir uns wohlfühlen. Und das haben wir. Danke :)

Magnifique hébergement, assez difficile d’accès par la route, mais l’hôte a super bien expliqué et détailler comment y aller. Il nous avait réservé un bateau pour un petit restaurant de poisson local Vrziment super bon, je vous le recommande. L’hébergement dispose d’une terrasse avec une vue incroyable sur le lac skadar…le rêve!!

A great place to stay, the host was super helpful in any questions we had and flexible with check in times. Nice view of the mountains from the balcony and everything you need in the area. It’s roughly a 30min walk to the Old town and a 15-20min walk to the beach. Would definitely recommend this property

wunderschönes Haus, mit tollem Grundstück direkt am Eingang des nationalpark. Üppige Natur, schöne Spielgelegenheiten für die Kinder, guter Grill. rundum herrlich. Gut ausgestattete Küche. Vasilije war super zuvorkommend, hilfreich und höflich. Wir hätten gerne verlängert, hatten aber leider schon wo anders gebucht. Die Kinder wolten gar nicht weg. eine klare empfehlung!

Liebe Marica und lieber Marko, vielen lieben Dank euch noch mal für Ihre Gastfreundschaft und die Möglichkeit, in eurem Haus zu bleiben! Die Lage der Unterkunft ist paradiesisch, dieser Aussicht von dem ganzen Grundstück auf die grünen Berge und Meer ist umwerfend! Wir haben es sehr genossen, draußen auf der Terrasse an dem großen Tisch zu essen (der Tisch ist neu und noch nicht auf den Fotos) und im beheizten Pool zu baden. Das war perfekt. Die Unterkunft besteht aus zwei Häuser. In einem ist ein Schlafzimmer mit Galerie. In anderem gibt es zwei Einheiten jeweils mit separatem Eingang (ein Schlafzimmer in 1. Etage, zwei Schlafzimmer zusammen in 2. Etage). Alle Einheiten haben eigenes Bad. In der Unterkunft ist alles, was man braucht, vorhanden und sogar noch mehr, weil die Besitzer auch selbst da wohnen. Die Zufahrt ist nicht einfach, aber auf jeden Fall machbar, man soll gut Auto fahren können. Marko gibt viele nützliche Tipps und ist sehr hilfsbereit und humorvoll. Viele Grüße

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce logement. La description et les photos sont conformes à l'appartement. Ce dernier est très bien placé dans la petite ville de Rijeka (à proximité d'une supérette, des restaurants et de la rivière). Ivana est de très bons conseils pour les restaurants à proximité et est très réactive quand nous avons une question. Elle nous a aussi conseillé de faire une promenade en barque avec son papa au coucher du soleil sur le lac Skadar. Expérience incroyable, que nous vous recommandons vivement ! Vous pouvez réserver votre séjour chez Ivana les yeux fermés.

Nice apartment in a modern house. Location might look a bit far from old town or beaches, but it's not: only 10-15 minutes by foot. Goran was friendly and responded quickly. The shower head was a bit leaking, however this wasn't a problem for me.

Parfait. Un peu loin de kotor à pied. Mais nous avions la voiture. Un peu tout terrain mais ensuite c’est parfait. L’appartement est top. Merci.

Kruna and her family were super kind and helpful and their apartment was exactly as described - very clean, new, excellent amenities, well ventilated and amazing views. The price was more than fair and great value! I would recommend her place to anyone visiting Kotor.

Stevo and his wife were very friendly and helpful, and the apartment itself is best of the best, cozy & modern interior, small garden from the kitchen side and just 2 minutes walk to the sea, definitely recommend!

Darko is a really kind and accommodating host willing to go the extra mile for his guests. Although the suite may be small, it's located just a stones throw from old town and the beach front, with lots of options for eating out. Taxis are available from the near by hotel for those wanting to go further afield.
