Take the shuttle easily into the city center in a few minutes or stay and enjoy the villa's lush garden. Welcome to our house in Vallda Sandö! Here you are close to nature and the sea and you can relax and enjoy the summer with family and friends. The house can accommodate up to 6 people and on the property, there is plenty of room for play and games, and there is also a patio where you can enjoy the sun and the view. Sandö is a fantastic place to visit during the summer with plenty of activities, such as swimming, fishing, hiking and golf. Examples of golf within 10 minutes: Vallda GCC, Kungsbacka GK and Forsgården.

Close to Gothenburg city center (10 minutes by car, 25 minutes by bus/train). Large bathroom downstairs with double shower, sauna and bathtub. Large terrace with seating area and grill, as well as a lawn for garden play and games. Booking rules: Only well-behaved families and adults over 28 years of age may book due to previous damage and parties without cleaning.

The house is 170 square meters and newly renovated. A total of 4 bedrooms and the garden have a big lawn. The house is located in a quiet area, just 2,5km to swim in the ocean, 10km to Gothenburg city and 2 minutes walk to the bus. It's also possible to charge your electric car at the driveway. The outdoor room is easy to open up so you can dine there no matter the weather. Bedset and towels are included since nov 2024. The person making the booking must be at least 30 years old.
