The apartments are located in a quiet part of Kumbor, surrounded by nature and olive trees. In the apartment you will find everything you need for a comfortable stay. In front of the apartment there is a terrace with a beautiful view of the Bokokoto Bay. Facilities for children: playground, tree house. We also own a small farm of chickens, a dog, rabbits, a cat.... We have a swimming pool (dimensions 10mx4m), so that your experience will be complete. PLACE IS NOT PAT FRIENDLY.

Kotor - Stone House by the Sea

This waterfront old stone house was originally built in 19th century and completely renovated in 2018. The interior represents a mix of a traditional Mediterranean style combined with modern design. Set in a peaceful old fisherman village called Muo, our house is perfect base for exploring the Bay. The Old town of Kotor is less than 10min driving distance while Tivat airport is less than 20min away. The house has three levels and each level has undisturbed sea views.

Our apartment is situated in small place called Djenovici, right next to a new luxury resort Portonovi and 140m away from the beach. The sea is actualy right across the street, but no swimming is allowed here, it is a D Marin Portonovi, a world-class marina. We are 7 kilometers away from the old town of Herceg Novi. You will love staying here because you will feel the love with which this place is prepared. We made it just like for us. And we love comfort.

It has two bedrooms (one with double bed, other with one single bed plus sofa chair in living room 190x80), two bathrooms with shower rooms, spacious open plan living area with kitchen and dining room, and charming terrace with partial sea views and views of the pool. Building has 3 floors.

Apartment Jana

Apartment is located 220m (5 minutes walk) to the beach. It is placed on the hill side which brings you to the panoramic view of Boka Bay, from the balcony. Neighbourhood is quite with a lot of nature surrounding the area. Apartment is on the top of the house (second floor) that is separated from the rest of the house with own entrance and a lot of privacy.
