Here in the south of Örebro, you and the whole family live close to both Gustavsvik and the city on a quiet street with its own entrance and parking. In the apartment, there is a 160 cm double bed and a 140 cm sofa bed to comfortably sleep four people. An extra bed is also available if you don't want to be crowded. An equipped kitchen with fridge and freezer makes it possible to self-cater if you want, and in the spacious bathroom there is a toilet and shower corner with ceiling shower. WiFi is also available in the apartment, and bed linens and towels are included.

"The Upper room" - peaceful place near town

Newly renovated apartment of 65 sqm with space for up to 6 people. There is a comfortable 160 bed and sofa bed, as well as the addition of 2 additional 80 beds based on requests. Lush outdoor environment and rural Scandinavian decor with wooden panel from floor to ceiling. Peaceful color scheme with fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and dryer. Walking distance to forest, 10-15 min car to town, 7 min to lake, golf course and gym. In the garden, during the summer, there is an outdoor patio, trampolines, a soccer field, and berry and fruit trees.

House on the Farm

Here you can experience the silence and take a break from life. Close to nature and swimming. In the house, there is an electric sauna and access to a spa bath outside. At our own lake, you can enjoy a wood-fired sauna and swimming in the lake, why not a trip on the lake with the raft in silence. Access to 2 bicycles is available, for a ride in the surroundings. No smoking indoors in the entire property, smoking outdoors allowed. In winter, we charge a fee of SEK 200 for ice hole making if guests wish to swim in the winter

"Forest star" by forest/community

This unique place is located next to the edge of the forest but still close to shops and good public transportation, decorated with care and thoughtfulness. Enjoy the warm sauna with views over the forest, cool off outside on the large front porch surrounded by the peace and quiet of the forest. Bring the whole family to this amazing newly renovated villa consisting of five bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, a toilet, fully equipped kitchen and a large living room. On the front there is a large parking lot and on the back there are benches and tables with a small patio. Please note that the property is rented without bed linens and towels. There are duvets and pillows for six people. Guests clean after their stay. For longer/recurring bookings, it is possible to purchase cleaning and bed linens.

Nice apartment, located next to Örebro's central sports facilities, 10 minutes walk to the city center. 2.5 km to the university. Free parking on the property. The granary

Unwind in this unique and peaceful place to stay. You can still see traces of the building’s past as a grain storehouse from the mid-1800s — like the wide floorboards upstairs. When it was carefully turned into a home in the 2000s, the old loading openings were turned into bay windows to let in more light and offer a view, all while keeping the original timber frame intact. On the farm, you'll find a dog and some friendly sheep, and free-range chickens.

Nice apartment in a two-family house, wood-fired sauna

This apartment is only about a 5-minute walk from the city center where you will find restaurants, travel centers and shops. The train to Örebro C takes 13 minutes. Possibly, access can be given to the garage on the property. Proximity to swimming, Kvarntorpshögen with its art exhibition, golf, fishing and nice MTB trails. On the property, there is a wood-fired sauna that is shared with the other tenant.
