Die Ferienwohnung ist 55 m2 groß, aufgeteilt in einen Wohnraum, Schlafraum, Küche und Bad. Neukalen, ein kleiner verträumter Ort an der Peene mit Wasser-Zugang zum Kummerower See, der zum Relaxen und zum Aktivurlaub einlädt: Radeln, Bootfahren, Angeln, Surfen und Segeln, Baden sowie Spaziergänge in unberührter Natur. Gutes Essen gibt es am Hafen, in den Bistros und in verschiedenen Ausflugsrestaurants. Auf unserem kleinen Hof können Sie den Tag gemütlich ausklingen lassen.

Nestled in the hilly landscape, you will find pure relaxation here. The building complex consists of a large sleeping and living yurt and a cottage, in which the fully equipped kitchen and the bathroom with warm water are located. Enjoy the moments in the sauna, by the pond, by the campfire, on the hammock or in the flower garden.

Our cottage was completed in 2024 and was furnished to a high standard with a lot of joy and love. It is an oasis in the middle of a magnificent landscape with panoramic views of nature. Sommersdorf is located in beautiful "Mecklenburg Switzerland" and directly on Lake Kummerow. The surrounding area invites you to various leisure activities such as walks, bike rides, swimming, paddling and much more. Tips for excursions, restaurants, cafes and shopping are gladly given by us.

Self-sufficient shepherd's wagon with fireplace can be used all year round

A cozy self-sufficient construction trailer with solar, fireplace and dry separation toilet on its own meadow with 6 sheep and views of the vastness of Mecklenburg. The sheep do not have to be in your area. On request, they can also be moved to the back meadow. In the meadow is a separate fireplace, seating and outdoor shower. In cold weather, you can shower in our house. For wellness, we have a sauna & hot tub in our garden area. The kitchen is fully equipped.

In Schweinrich on the motorboat-free Dranser See lies the romantic holiday home "Landlust" with an idyllic large garden, only 100 meters from the bathing area. There is a boat house with its own jetty. Canoe, kayaks and sailing dinghies (sailing skills required) can be rented. The "Kontor" is a spacious, stately apartment with marodem charm for 2 people that is located in the right wing, on the ground floor of the house. In 2011, I acquired the manor house in Kobrow from the point of view of reviving and maintaining a small piece of the cultural heritage of our country.
