Our charming cottage in Ramsvikslandet is rented weekly or per night. The cottage is fresh and has a kitchen/living room, bedroom and tiled bathroom with shower and washing machine. The cottage (25 sqm) has 4 beds, 2 of which are sofa beds in the living room. The kitchen has all the equipment needed and there is a patio with barbecue grill. Fantastic nature and hiking trails around the corner and only a few minutes' walk to swimming on rocks or sandy beach. Proximity to camping with the possibility to rent a boat, kayak, etc. Golf course about 20 minutes by car.

Our house is located on a quiet street and it is about 1.5 km down to Kungshamn center where boats go to both Smögen and Hållö. There are many nice places in the surroundings within walking distance. The accommodation is on the 2nd floor. Parking on the property. Please note: Final cleaning is not included! Towels and sheets are not included.

The apartment is in a quiet area with only a few minutes' walk to the nearest swimming and restaurants, as well as the Zita boat that in the summer takes you over to Smögenbryggan and/or the Hållöexpressen that takes you to the west coast's finest swimming. Island get away. 18 m2 cozy Tiny (guest)House the middle of the archipelago. Located on the outskirts of an old fishing village, nestled in the rocks itself between the roaring sea and the quite canal. Its close to the ocean and in between you find a landscape typical for the region, raw, beautiful and surreal. This is for people who would like to enjoy nature, hiking, kayaking, photographing, or sunbathing. We have made a special video over the area on youtube, type in "Grundsund Kvarneberg".

Cozy and stylish Attefall cottage with sea view

Attefallstuga med alla bekvämligheter och höghastighets wifi! I stugan finns ett väl utrustat kök, umgängesyta med direkt utgång till en egen härlig altan med havsutsikt och ett läckert badrum med dusch. Altanen har både utemöbler och solsängar. Fem sängplatser totalt, men idealiskt för två vuxna! Även om kvadratmetrarna är få, upplever man att allt ryms i stugan. Direkt utanför finns parkering och här hittar man även stigen ner till bryggan och havet. Solnedgången bänk. Välkomna!

Enjoy the charm of a nice cottage. At the front there is a small terrace with table and chairs, perfect for enjoying breakfast in the morning sun. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen with a nice window by the sink. 2 steps up you end up in a cozy sofa group with the opportunity to watch TV and make out the sofa into a 140 wide bed. After a full day of sun and swimming on the beach which is about 50 meters away, you go down the stairs to the slightly cooler bedroom with a 160 bed.

Additionally, this beautiful coastel place has many idyllic paths to beaches, picturesque sea stalls, restaurants and shops. Furthermore, all the furnitures, lights, and beds are new and of good quality. Moreover, there is a barbecue and two bicycles for you on the terrasse during summertime.
