You live in a basement apartment and have a sheltered patio that offers a charcoal grill for pleasant dinners overlooking the cozy harbor. View also from the kitchen and one of the bedrooms. You can take an evening dip from the jetties further out in the harbor or at our "own" cliff bath with evening sun on the headland. If you want bed linens/towels, text, there is an extra charge.

Around the corner, you have nice walking and exercise trails with a fantastic view of Sandön's cliffs. Grocery store a stone's throw away provides excellent service. Private parking is included in the rent and is adjacent to the apartment. Patio and balcony in two directions for the best sun exposure and plenty of space for socializing

Enjoy all year round in a unique picturesque environment. Quiet, walkable area with accommodation near the sea, about 100 meters to swimming. Center with shops, restaurants, pubs, shops, health center, bus stop takes about 15 minutes to walk to or bring a picnic to Klåvholmen, 5 minutes via Pontonbro. Enjoy from a distance the boats passing by Havets E6. Silence prevails in the evening, but if you want nightlife, take a taxi boat from the city center straight up to Smögenbryggan with bustling crowds in summer and silence in winter.

Rent our brand new apartment on cozy Klevudden in Smögen. 100 meters to the cliffs and 100 meters to the jetty, our 3rd floor apartment has many beds and a large balcony with sea views. From Kleven, it takes about a 5-minute walk to Smögenbryggan. Things that are in the apartment and you are free to use are: duvets, pillows, blankets, washing machine, dryer, hair dryer, dishwasher, Weber grill, TV. Parking space is under the house with elevator up to the apartment. No pets, no smoking and no "party gangs." Age limit 30 years.

Comfortable holiday house for 6 pers, just outside Uddevalla, in the heart of the Swedish west coast. Perfect location with lots of privacy. Separate guesthouse available. Spacious terrace for sunbathing and evening bbq. You will love swimming in the fjord. Private beach and jetty (for the neighbourhood). Open fireplace and unlimited Wi-Fi. The house is also super cosy during the winter with an open fire place, warm bath in the hot tub and the sauna. A fantastic place to reflect over life.

Vårt hus ligger på en lugn gata och det är ca 1,5 km ner till Kungshamns centrum där båtar går till både Smögen och Hållö. Det finns många fina platser i omgivningarna inom promenadavstånd. Boendet är på 2a våningen. OBS! Slutstädning ingår ej! Handdukar och lakan ingår.
