Only about 75 meters from the ocean and Fisketången's popular swimming area, which has a kiosk and a crab-eating pier. Our house is located on a quiet street and it is about 1.5 km down to Kungshamn center where boats go to both Smögen and Hållö. There are many nice places in the surroundings within walking distance. The accommodation is on the 2nd floor. Note: Final cleaning is not included! Towels and sheets are not included.

Relax in this unique newly-renovated accommodation in the heart of Bohuslän. Here you live with lovely sea views mostly sheltered and can enjoy long summer evenings under the roof. You live in a basement apartment and have a sheltered patio that offers a charcoal grill for pleasant dinners overlooking the cozy harbor. View also from the kitchen and one of the bedrooms. From Kleven, it takes about a 5-minute walk to Smögenbryggan. Things that are in the apartment and you are free to use are: duvets, pillows, blankets, washing machine, dryer, hair dryer, dishwasher, Weber grill, TV. Parking space is under the house with elevator up to the apartment. No pets, no smoking and no "party gangs." Age limit 30 years.
