Two beautiful bedrooms with a view and two bathrooms and a fully furnished kitchen with a dishwasher, free wifi , a smart tv with a satellite dishwasher of two air conditioners, an outdoor grill and a fire pit. We're only 20 minutes away from the sea and the beach. The nearby beautiful old towns of Motovun, Grožnjan, Oprtalj are 5-15 minutes away and the 7 waterfall trail is 15min away.

It's perfect for family vacations, as it offers complete privacy with a spacious private garden with a swimming pool. Centrally located in the Barban area, it's the perfect base for discovering all that Istria has to offer. The town of Barban is just a 5-minute drive away, while the nearest beaches (Uvala Luka, Duga Uvala...) within 20 minutes by car.

PLEASE READ ALL THE INFO IN FURTHER DESCRIPTIONS because this is a specific area.Bakar is a small isolated village in the center of all large tourist places. It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

The apartment is situated close Opatija city center, only a few minutes away by car or an eight minutes walk. It consists of a living room, bedroom, a dining room, two bathrooms, kitchen, sauna, open space lounge, terrace, a surrounding garden and a car parking. Thanks to the fact of being in the ground floor with a surrounding garden you have the sensation of renting a house and not an apartment.

upon arrival at the spacious free parking lot, you can use the private entrance through the hallway to your room, which is tastefully decorated. On the other side of the hallway is the bathroom with shower and toilet. No smoking and no pets are allowed in the entire stay. For a nice breakfast, aperitif or just relaxing, you can relax outside under the patio, where of course you can smoke.
