Quaint, bright and cozy lower level apartment. All basic amenities are included, as well as towels, linens and dishware. Located on a quiet dead end street. Short 10 minute walk to the beach over the Davis Canal. Private entrance with access to fenced in back yard with firepit, hammock. After a day at the beach you can rinse off in the private, enclosed outdoor shower. Enjoy your fresh catch of the day on the outdoor grill, and enjoy it outside if you like at the cozy outdoor dining nook.

The House of Kai is a renovated 1950's beach cottage that features a surf shack charm with a modern edge. The main bedroom has a private deck that includes an oversized tub and shower with access to the large wrap around front porch.
