Get away from it all with this, rustic tiny home situated on a small farm. Sit out front and enjoy the sunset while you watch the horses, donkeys, goats and cows. We do ask you only feed the animals the provided treats. There is no wifi available, you can use your hotspot on your cell for the tv. Microwave and grill with a side burner for cooking. No indoor stove or oven. Toilet and sink inside, shower is outside. Close to downtown Wilmington and the beaches! Lots of local history as well!

This cozy one-bedroom one one-bathroom apartment is the perfect size for a couple's getaway. We allow dogs with prior approval upon booking request for an additional fee.
