Holiday rentals with a patio in Kuşadası

We stayed as a family for 3 nights. The house is spacious and spacious, and the rooms are large. There is a living room with 2+1 open kitchen. One of the rooms has 1 double bed and 1 single bed. The other room has 3 single beds. The kitchen supplies are enough, the garden is nice. The house was clean when we went. Mr. Atilla greeted me at the entrance, gave all the necessary information, he is also a very nice host. The house is in a quiet complex. It's perfect for relaxing. It's about 2 km from the beach, but the beach road is flat and hassle-free. If you have your own vehicle, there will be no problem. There is a shared pool in the compound, very close to the house. The size is sufficient and very clean, not crowded. The number of people in the pool for 3 days did not exceed 10, which we were already 5. We didn't even go to the beach because we had 2 young children. There is a grocery store within the site where you can meet your small needs, and its distance to other large grocery stores is about 1 km away. We had a short but very enjoyable holiday and returned rested. Thank you Mr. Atilla

Very close to the national park, with a garden, very useful, a sweet house that makes you feel like you are in your own home :) We were worried because the insect was mentioned in the comments, but it was in vain, there is no insect. There are mosquito nets on all windows, you can close them. The hosts took care of us very much, thank them. They even offered meat because it was Eid al-Adha. They are very sweet and sincere, they approach you as if you were a family member. From now on, when we come to Kuşadası, we do not want to stay anywhere else if they are available. Mr. Irfan is a really hospitable and understanding host. She accepted our very sudden reservation and met us in the morning. Since we had a funeral, we had to go from Germany at the last moment. Since we did not have relatives in Izmir, we knew about our relatives coming to the funeral at Mr. Irfan's house. Mr. Irfan is a really helpful and honest host. We would like to come here for a better reason next time. We recommend it to everyone. Thank you so much again.

Great stay! The place was exactly as listed – clean, well-equipped, and in a peaceful location away from busy streets. Beyza was very responsive and helpful throughout. It was perfect for us as we had a car – just a 5-minute drive to the local center, marina, and the sea. Highly recommend!

The location of the house was quite central and easy in terms of transportation. The cleanliness was very good, the house was tidy and hygienic. The items were quite useful. The host is extremely caring, understanding and helpful. It was supportive of our needs in everything. I would definitely recommend it for a comfortable and hassle-free accommodation experience.

The host, Ms. Pınar, and her mother were very polite. The house was clean, sheets and bathroom were very clean. The house is a quiet neighborhood with a beautiful patio in the trees, but families with children about 700 meters from the sea can choose to go by car instead of on foot. A house has everything you could need, thanks to the thought of the last detail. Having air conditioning in every room was a big plus. We spent most of our time on the deck in the shade of the trees. It was a pleasant holiday and we plan to come back. We thank the hosts.

This house was just perfect. The accommodation is spacious , very well equipped and comfortable. It is in a perfect location , close to shops, restaurants and the station. Most of all we loved the garden with different places to sit as well as an upstairs terrace. And Nilgun was very responsive offering suggestions for places to eat . We felt very much at home and were very sorry to leave this house and Selcuk .

completely by chance, I saw the airbnb site and Ms. Emine's house. I read the comments, everyone wrote amazing things, and everything looked very nice in the photos, but I was a little nervous because I was going to go with the guest and, frankly, they were difficult to please my guests :) Ms. Emine greeted us and I felt like I was in my own house as soon as I entered the house. Everything was immaculately tidy and tastefully furnished. The kitchen utensils were clean as if they had never been used and everything was dropped. The beds were spotless and comfortable, and I was very comfortable as someone with herniated disc. i literally looked for something dusty or dirty in the house, but there wasn't one Ms. Emine had planned and arranged everything in the house as if it were her own and the result was really magnificent... you can go and stay with peace of mind. Very nice grocery store, bakery, butcher market, all very easily accessible. The sea is already perfect I would like to thank Ms. Emine on my behalf and on behalf of my guests. I plan to go again in the summer:)

After this week at Ayfer's, I recommend this stay 100%! The apartment has absolutely everything you need to stay without a problem; it is located in a super well located village to visit the region, the place is super safe, there are shops and bakeries very close by (you can go on foot). Ayfer and her husband have treated us as people of their family, they helped and advised us to everything necessary and they have always been available despite not having the same language, we were able to create a nice relationship. it should be noted that we stayed with a baby in her house, and they helped us in everything necessary to make our daughter feel good ( cradle, savannas, heater, and above all a lot of love and smiles for her!) The sunset view is unparalleled from the terrace!!! we recommend it is no doubt if they want to have a local experience!
