Holiday rentals with a patio in Kutchan, Abuta District

Long stay 30+ days The unit seemed to be built recently and everything was in excellent condition. There were useful items for QOL like large desk monitor , TV, vacuum, yoga mat, and workout equipment. Wifi was fast. Odori Park, MRT, and restaurants were all nearby. Sapporo station and Odori station are more dense but there was plenty to do/eat near the unit. It is Japan so all of the food is especially good but Sapporo Engine nearby deserves a special call out. I had to follow up with the host to access mail/packages and obtain towels but it was resolved without issue. If you're a digital nomad looking for a long stay this is an excellent spot. We would recommend this spot to friends. Sapporo is underrated.

Accessible area, 3mins from train station. very near the park and has convenient stores around the area. We will stay here again if we visit sapporo.

Nice location. Big space

An absolutely amazing stay in Sapporo! The place is clean, spacious, and the neighborhood is so peaceful and beautiful. A quick 7 min walk to the train station that can get you anywhere in town. The park nearby is beautiful and there’s an amazing bakery style restaurant near the park that was incredible! Sadi & Cosi were incredible hosts, super responsive, kind, and helpful. I can’t recommend them enough!

We are happy with the apartment, only thing is that the room next to the living room has no door and limits the privacy of the person staying in that room. Overall, the apartment is nice and near the subway station, within walking distance to convenience stores. The host is kind and responsive too. We recommend you book the place when you are at Sapporo.

삿포로 시내와 가깝고 편의점도 주변에 많아서 접근성이 좋아요 주변도 시끄럽지 않아서 편히 쉬었고 바로 근처에 강이 있어 산책도 했어요 숙소 내 모든 용품들이 깔끔하게 준비되어 있고 무료로 주차장을 이용할 수 있어서 너무 편안했습니다 :) 매우 추천하는 숙소

Great place, very spacious and clean. Within walking distance to shopping street and eateries. Heater was working perfectly, which was a life saver. :)

Great place to stay, we stayed a few days for our snowboard trip and craig helped us out with some recommendations. Was a great place to stay, clean and cozy!

温泉付き、床暖房もあり、冬季滞在でも快適に過ごせます。徒歩で行ける距離にコンビニエンスストアがあり便利です。白老を拠点に苫小牧、登別、室蘭エリアへのアクセスがしやすい立地にあります。また機会があれば滞在してみたいと思います。

A quiet, private hot spring stay in a small town. Noboribetsu was one of our roadtrip’s pitstop, but we decised to stay here in Shiraoi instead of an onsen hotel there (which is about an 18-min drive away) — and although we didn’t get to enjoy the luxury of an onsen hotel and service, this decision did not disappoint! The private onsen (both indoor and outdoor) was amazing. The sea view was stunning. The place was well-maintained. The convenience store, which was right in front, surprisingly sold BBQ utensils too, so we were able to enjoy a yakiniku together. The kitchen was also well-equipped with plates, bowls, cutleries etc. Don’t expect much from the location or surroundings though — it is afterall a small population town by the coast. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

自然に囲まれたとても静かな場所で、リラックスした時間を過ごすことができました。周囲には人の気配がなく、本当に静かで、気持ちよくバーベキューも楽しめました。建物の中は清潔で綺麗、おしゃれな木造のデザインがとても素敵で、居心地抜群でした。日常を忘れてゆっくりしたい方にぴったりの滞在先だと思います。またぜひ訪れたいです！

17일간의 홋카이도 여행중 마지막 숙소였으나, 잘가꿔진 정원과 주차공간을 포함한 충분한 생활공간과 말끔히 정리된 숙소내부, 게다가 직접 반겨주시던 적극적이고 친절한 태도에 일행 모두가 크게 만족하는 최고의 숙박이었습니다. 중간중간 불편함이 없는지, 도움이 필요한 부분은 없는지 연락도 주시고, 모든 연락에 지체없이 답변주셔서 정말 편안히 내집처럼 지낼수 있었습니다. 감사합니다!

Nice place to stay with family, my 3 sons enjoy it very much. Me and my wife also find it very relaxing. We are very sure that we will come back soon.

房间很好，温泉很好！环境没得说！但是地理位置对于我们乘坐公共交通到达的不太方便。周边步行没有超市。但是但是，房东超级超级友好！帮我们叫了出租车载我们去便利店，隔天还通融我们晚半小时退房！全程沟通无障碍，有求必应！

Nice place to stay very close to town, with easy access to Kutchan and also a nearby 7-11. House was beautifully designed and decorated.

깨끗하고 모던한 집이에요. 침대 두개가 있는 방에 침대가 커서 짐 놓을 공간이 없는 부분만 빼면 괜찮았습니다. 침대도 편했어요. 다만, 방은 살짝 추웠습니다. 가성비로 완전 좋아요.

Great place to stay- we would stay here again. Our unit had a beautiful view of the water! Was a little challenging to find because it doesn’t line up with Google maps address, however the pre-check in package provides very detailed instructions and map links and even an image to give you an exact idea of the location. Location is super convenient and easy to access tourist locations- shopping street, canal, 17min walk from two train stations. Only thing we noticed was that our unit had very minimal dishes and kitchen items. Would have been challenging to cook a meal. This didn’t affect us because we ate out but just something for GPT to consider! Place was very clean and a great size for two people. Would recommend.
