This is a cozy home located in beautiful Ullerøy. The place is 90m2 in total. On the ground floor there is a bathroom, kitchen with kitchen table, living room with dining table, sofa and TV and porch. On the 2nd floor there are 2 bedrooms. One with a double bed and 2 single beds, and a slightly smaller bedroom with a double bed. 2 floor mattresses are also available. A total of 8 sleeping places It is walking distance to the beach and a short distance by car to both Sarpsborg and Fredrikstad. Parking space with space for 3 cars. Possibility of charging an electric car.

Nice cottage on large, warm and child-friendly plot with sun all day. The cabin is substantially refurbished the later years, with new kitchen, newer bathrooms and bright cozy bedrooms. There are three bedrooms in the main cabin, and an annex with four beds as well as a private toilet. The cabin has a large porch with several seating areas. It is of course nice to be here in the summer, but the cabin is well insulated, with wood burning in addition to a new heat pump. So it's a perfect option for autumn and winter as well.

A stone's throw from the cabin is a beach, pier and great hiking opportunities. The cabin has throughout good standards.
