Cozy, small, beautiful two-level loft studio on the 4th floor of a historic building from 1917. The building with an elevator is located in the center of Kyiv near the Opera House. A 5-minute walk from the metro station "Universitet". The apartments are part of a small apart-hotel of 3 rooms. Розташована біля метро Либідська, поруч ТЦ Океан Плаза. Супермаркет Фуршет в 50-ти метрах від будинку. У дворі є паркувальні місця для автомобіля. Посуд, необхідні меблі, постіль, рушники все є. У квартирі курити не можна це мансарда і відсутні звичні вікна.

It was renovated in 2021 and it is spasious and comfortable. It is suitable for 2 people but up to 4 can sleep in it. It is ideal for young adventurers and couples. The view of Kiev from the balcony is amazing!
