The renovated studio is located in the city center in a building on the third floor in the attic. The studio is designed to separate the night part from the day part. The studio includes a separate bathroom with a toilet. The kitchen is equipped with a built-in refrigerator, induction portable hob and basic utensils. Towels and bath towels are available in the bathroom. Bed linen is also included in the price of accommodation. You can get to the center on foot in 3 minutes. Smoking is prohibited in the studio as well as in the entire building.

You can park your car in a private parking lot and go straight to the evening city. Or relax in a rocking chair overlooking the sky. The apartment provides comfortable facilities, it is air-conditioned. There is an equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, TV, bed linen and towels. Nearby is a shopping center, grocery store, pharmacy, ATM.

The private jacuzzi is located in the room, right next to the apartment. The price for the jacuzzi is 35€/4h. A cot is also available. For stays longer than three nights, guests receive a gift.

The surroundings of the cottage have been arranged for your comfort: a terrace with sun loungers and bathtubs for swimming in the summer, a tub with heated water for spring and autumn days, outdoor seating on a partially covered terrace next to a small pond, space for grilling or roasting. And greenery planted all around. I wanted guests to experience quality and comfort both at first sight and firsthand.
