The Farmhouse Minpaku Kawachin House is located in Naokawa, a mountain area that is about a 40-minute drive from JR Saeki Station, Oita Prefecture, Kyushu. The area around the house is surrounded by mountains and has a beautiful original Japanese landscape of rice fields. A cheerful and sociable mother and kind dad will welcome you. You can use the bathroom in your home or use the mineral spring center (boiling hot spring) in the neighborhood. It is a house in a small settlement, so it is a very quiet environment, the air is delicious, surrounded by nature, so you can enjoy various experiences throughout the four seasons. Depending on the season, you can enjoy harvesting various crops, playing in the river, cooking local dishes, and more.

We are a professional farm that mainly produces rice and vegetables, especially mandarin oranges. Why not rent a quiet countryside Japanese house and experience a trip like you live there? I love to cook and travel, so I look forward to talking with you about various topics. We also have a farm restaurant, so we will prepare dinner and breakfast using freshly picked home-grown vegetables. This is a private rental limited to one group per day, so please cherish your time and relax in nature.

★Kitsuki is a small castle town. Around Suya-no-saka Siope, you can find the Ohara Residence and the Nomi Residence, which retain the atmosphere of the Edo period. If you stay here, you can feel the slow flow of time and think back to the past. ★No one will be staying here except your group. ★Harmonyland is a 20-minute drive away. ★I am a local interpreter guide in Kitsuki City, so I could guide you around samurai residences for about half hour, if you would like this and I have time.

You can relax and contemplate to enjoy a local and simple life with Japanese food. There are no convenience stores and noisy signboards, but only quiet natures and cheerful people. This house is good for couples, solo adventurers and families and is a great walk from Noya station.
