Loft muy bien situado sobre la Avenida Maritima de Santa Cruz de Tenerife. Con una cocina y baño bien equipados. Cuenta ademas con una terraza con cesped artificial para disfrutar de las vistas al puerto y al mar, además de fibra de alta velocidad y Smart TV. Hablo perfectamente Español, Inglés y Alemán. Estaré encantado de ayudarles en todo lo que necesiten y recomendarles. Hay en la zona restaurantes,bares,supermercados, bancos, farmacia, centro de salud,... Espero verlos muy pronto. 😉

My partner and I stayed in this apartment a few days ago. The location is wonderful, since nearby you can find the most touristy places in Santa Cruz, and there are also many restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The rooms were impeccable and all the cleaning was very well taken care of, it had air conditioning so we had a good time at night despite the heat. The host was very flexible and took the time to explain specific things about the apartment and nearby places we could access. I was delighted, without a doubt if I come back, I will repeat ☺️

I honestly didn’t want to write this review to gate keep it, however that would not be fair. 10/10 I only have positive things to say about the house as well as Lorenzo. The apartment was super clean and only a beautiful walk away from the city center, the only tiny little downside is that when it’s busy it can be hard to find a parking space but don’t let that stop you. Lorenzo was an absolute amazing host, He is super kind and so easy to communicate with and always ready to help! We wanted to check out a bit later and that was no problem, He was there to greet us when we arrived even after we had an delay and arrived much later than planned he was still there with a lot of warmth and kindness that made us feel super welcomed! He also helped with finding a parking space and kept communicating our whole stay. Even tried to make an effort to come and say bye to us.The apartment has an amazing view of the mountains and sea.Thank you so much for everything Lorenzo!😊

This place is just lovely, location is great, especially if you want to go for a hike in the mountains, which are very close . Supermarkets, bus stops and coffee shops are close. In the apartment you have everything you might need. I had a wonderful time there, many thanks!

Katharina is a great host who makes the stay nice with helpful tips about the area. Communicating with her was very easy. The apartment is rather minimalist, but has everything you need for a short stay. Above all, the great balcony and the view from the window of the city are worth the stay at Katharina's.

we absolutely loved our stay. valleseco is a beautiful peaceful town. this place was perfect and the peace of the space and area is what we after. beautifully written instructions that made you feel welcome and informed and Rita herself was amazing and suuuuper helpful. perfect little getaway for my partner and I looking to relax before exploring Santa Cruz and the north.
