The apartment forms the upper floor of our traditional Spanish cortijo. It is situated in the quiet and peaceful residential area of La Perla , within walking distance of the pretty village of Arboleas with all amenities and close to the town of Albox . Being nestled in the heart of the beautiful Almanzora Valley makes it an ideal location for walking , cycling and exploring the area. The beaches of Vera Playa, Puerta Ray and Garucha are within 25 minutes drive and Mojacar Playa 35 minutes.

A fabulous private villa that sits with the mountains behind and the sea to the front and just a five minute walk to Mojacar's beach, restaurants, bars and shops.
