Complete apartment, independent from the house next to that of the owners. About 85 m2 on 2 levels + attic converted into a relaxation area or extra bed (sleeps 2) Downstairs, equipped kitchen, bathroom with Italian shower. Separate toilet. Upstairs large room with 140 cm bed, 2-seater sofa bed. The entrance is very close to the owners' terrace, which can be shared.
