The stay went very well, the house is large and well-equipped. A large garden, possibility to eat at 12 outside and secure parking, all this 30 minutes from Puy du Fou . In short, what a good thing. We recommend this listing

Very clean, tidy studio, very pleasant to spend time there. Émilie and Fabien were very responsive to our messages when we needed them. Very accommodating, we asked for an iron and ironing board at the last minute. They didn't hesitate to drop them off for us. Very nice bedding and bedding. We recommend 100%. Stay too short and deserves to go back to enjoy all the facilities in summer. A remark concerning the staircase that is not compliant. Anticipate the change before an accident occurs, especially with children. Otherwise Rodrigue is very friendly.

Lovely apartment in the center of town. We could park the car close by since it’s in a car restricted area. The apartment is charming and very comfortable beds, spotless clean and practical kitchen utensils. The area is close to restaurants and shops. We got great recommendations by the owner about local attractions. We would definitely stay there again.

Clean and well-decorated apartment. Well located in relation to Puy du Fou. Perfect for a short stay. Slight downside with no windows overlooking the outside and traffic in the neighborhood a little dangerous with urban rodeos. In the apartment you still feel very good. The apartment is new, in impeccable condition. Although I didn't use anything for a short stay, it was well-equipped and suitable for a longer stay. Very flexible code entry. The apartment is close to the center and the train station with a large pleasant park in front of the building. There is almost no traffic at night, and the door frames provide adequate insulation from outside noise.

The place was in a very pretty hamlet. We enjoyed the environment and the geographical position, ideal for going to Puy Du Fou. Thank you to them for their welcome and the small surprises we greatly appreciated! We would recommend this listing:)

This cute apartment is well represented by the photos -- except there is no photo of the spectacular view of the church from the bedroom window. Having a dryer is a real luxury. It is quite comfortable for a long stay although the kitchen is super tight. Gael is a magnificent host, always available and caring. The location is convenient with grocery stores and Talensac Market in easy walking distance. Also, Les Bouteilles, the restaurant next door is excellent.

Very well located, perfectly equipped and tastefully decorated apartment. The location is ideal in Montaigu, close to all shops and restaurants. Perfect for visiting the region: only 30 minutes from Puy du Fou, 40 minutes from Nantes, and close to the Vendée coast. We had a great time, I highly recommend it.

The apartment is very well located, the city center is a 10-minute walk away, you have a bakery nearby with a pharmacy and a Carrefour 5 minutes' walk away. All the roads to the tourist points are very accessible. It should just be noted that you need to have a small car to park in the parking space, otherwise, it is easy to park in adjacent streets. The accommodation is well-equipped, easy to access. Public transport is relatively close, about 500 m away. 2 bakeries nearby, 30 m for one and 100 m for the other. Instructions are clear. Importance of having a closed parking lot. I would this property.

Overall, I had an amazing stay! Walkable to public transport with supermarkets nearby. It’s a compact house. So, make sure to check all cupboards and under the table for pots and pans. The house is on the 2nd floor and there is no lift. So, be prepared with lighter luggage. Beautiful space overall. Area after dark needs a little caution. Otherwise, quite safe and cheery with college students in the area in the day and evenings :)
