Nous vous accueillons dans notre chambre d'hôtes située au rez de chaussée de notre maison . Le prix comprends la nuitée et les petits déjeuners composés de produits bio ou locaux. Les draps et le linge de toilette sont fournis , le ménage est assuré par nos soins à la fin du sejour. De septembre à juin nous vous proposons un panier repas pour 2 personnes à 33 €(soupe maison,terrine d'Auvergne, St Nectaire fermier,pain maison,verrine de fromage blanc avec fruits)+7€ avec une Btl de Chateaugay.

Studio La Bourboule with balcony

A quelques minutes du centre ville de La Bourboule, studio entièrement rénové en 2023 et tout équipé. Situé dans une résidence privée avec parking gratuit et digicode. Agréable balcon équipé pour profiter de la vue sur les montagnes. Le studio est équipé d’un lit 140, un coin salon canapé et tv, une kitchenette toute équipée et une sdb avec wc. Tout le linge de maison est fourni. Animaux ⛔️. Intermarché à 2min à pieds. Le centre ville à 3min en voiture. Le Mont-Dore à 10min en voiture.

🌿 À 1100 m d'altitude, au cœur du Massif du Sancy, profitez d'un séjour au calme dans une ancienne ferme rénovée entourée de nature. Grand jardin, jeux pour enfants, randonnées au départ du gîte et soirées au coin du feu : un lieu idéal pour partager des moments simples en famille ou se ressourcer à deux. Confortable et chaleureux, le gîte peut accueillir jusqu'à 4 personnes et convient aussi bien aux couples qu'aux familles souhaitant profiter de la nature et du calme de la montagne.

Large duplex apartment WITHOUT ANY SHARED SPACES (which was not the case before). Air-conditioned bedroom upstairs, with hammam shower (steam bath), Emperor bed (2x2 m) in a renovated old hotel, private TV lounge, in the center of the desertified village of Rochefort-Montagne. Bedroom: 2 x 2 m mattress on slatted frame, Senseo coffee machine, kettle and small refrigerator. Linens/duvets/towels provided, Wifi on each floor, Large kitchen on the ground floor, living room, Android TV.

Ideal for two people, cozy 20 m2 studio completely renovated and located on the third floor with elevator. Come and enjoy this small cozy nest well equipped where the spaces are well used. A balcony will give you the opportunity to enjoy the view and the outdoors. Located 5 minutes by car (15 minutes walk) from the city center of La Bourboule, it offers you the possibility to park easily thanks to the large parking lot of the residence. Shops nearby. Beautiful buron with its pond, completely renovated and eco-responsible in a little piece of heaven, 10 minutes from Mont-Dore, 1 km from the center of La Bourboule, 40 minutes from the Chaine des Puys and Vulcania. Come and recharge your batteries in Auvergne, in the heart of the Massif du Sancy. Cécile and Yann welcome you for a quiet stay on a one hectare plot, wooded, with its pond and pontoon, ideal for good times as a couple or with family.

Towels, sheets and cleaning included

Total price includes bed sheets, towel and tea towel. You will stay in an apartment for 4 people plus a baby (cot and high chair provided) of 55 m2 with balcony on the 2nd and top floor (no elevator). It consists of a kitchen, two bedrooms, a living room and a bathroom/toilet (clawfoot bathtub). The house is composed of 2 apartments. Ours is on the 1st floor. We remain as discreet as possible to give you maximum use of the house and garden.

Idéalement situé au cœur du Sancy, avec une vue unique à la fois sur le château de Murol et le Sancy, ce chalet vous offrira un moment de détente privilégié.
