Beachfront holiday rental in La Brée-les-Bains

We had a great time at La Flotte. Beatrice is really very friendly with lots of good advice even though we knew the island very well. The pool is a real plus and the garden is very zen. We'll be happy to go back.

The accommodation is perfect for a stay as a couple. The beach is barely 2 minutes' walk and shops are also accessible in 5 minutes' walk. This is the perfect place to park the car and enjoy. Everything is as described with quality materials. I highly recommend it!

Ideally located, this accommodation is perfect for discovering the island of Ré and its beautiful landscapes by bike (rental right next door, friendly). The little extra is the sauna. Beautiful decoration, well-equipped. Good communication with the host who gives good advice. Parking right across.

2nd stay in this residence, but changing apartments this time, even arriving late no worries to find, and being able to park right in front is clearly a plus with luggage!! The apartment is nice, well decorated, the bed super comfortable We had a problem with the pool and the problem was solved in the hours that followed, we will come back without problem for a future stay!!!

Very nice stay at La Flotte! The accommodation is great and matches the photos, in a peaceful residence. The center is 3 minutes by bike, everything is easily accessible. We recommend!

We had a great time with the family at Anthony's house. It is very well equipped and the layout of the different rooms (sleeping area, dining area,etc.) allows you to share time together but also to have each their own space! The village center is within walking distance (there are all the essential shops there) and we rented bikes, which allowed us to visit the rest of the island on foot and go to the beach a few minutes by bike from the house. Finally, thank you to Justine from the concierge , who gave us a warm welcome on our arrival and was available despite our very early departure, not to mention her valuable advice on the good places on the island!

Celine’s house was lovely and extremely well located. The lovely restaurants of La Flotte and the local market were a short walk, and we loved biking around the island. The house itself is gorgeous. We will definitely return!

Clean and well-equipped mobile home. Well located location close to the beach and the Marché de la Brée. Saint-Denis within walking distance from the beach.

Functional space, as described. Very peaceful site in this week of May (excluding long weekends) Unfortunately, the outdoor pool was not operational, but this was compensated by the indoor pool, which was accessible.

This is a wonderful house and location. Secluded, atmospheric, and with a feeling of home.

Wonderful stay at Antoine's. The house is superb, at least as much as in the photos, quiet behind the harbor in a cul-de-sac, while being a 5-minute walk to shops, restaurants and the beach. The courtyard / terrace is a real plus, spacious, pleasant and well vegetated, as well as the winery to store things and leave more places in the house. Comfortable bedding, super well-equipped kitchen, everything is there! Lots of things to do in the Côtinière or not far away, you don't get bored, with or without children. Antoine was very responsive to the info, and so was Laurent who welcomed us. In short, great value for money!

Spacious accommodation, very clean and beautifully decorated. The terrace is really very pleasant. Well located in the heart of St Denis d'Oléron to stroll and shop on a daily basis. Accommodation located just 5 minutes by bike from the beach and the port. Very good welcome by Marylène with good tips for discovering the surroundings. I would highly recommend it

Very nice studio, well furnished, well decorated, very pleasant, 2 steps from the center and very nice view of the sea for the sunset! Yohann is very kind and efficient.

We had a great time. The house is spacious, its setting is exceptional, quiet in the dune, a few minutes walk from La Cotinière and Matha beach. A big thank you to Pascal for hosting us, for his availability and for his little touches. We will be delighted to stay here during our next stay in Oléron!

Warning: you'll fall in love! It is with great nostalgia that we left this rental... We had a wonderful week (very exotic for us who come from Haute-Savoie!) in a privileged place just a few steps from the ocean. The house is charming, you immediately feel at home! Everything was perfect, as in the photos, nothing was missing. Tania is a perfect host. We only have one desire now... to come back next year. Thank you again for this dream place where we made wonderful memories with our daughters. Elise, Vira, Noa & Emi ❤️
