Backed by the vegetated Dune that separates it from the beach, our atypical house offers a quiet place. Far from traffic, it is close to the center of La Brée and its market. It's a great place to rest or enjoy the uncrowded beach, 300 m away via a small alley. It is most often quiet but can on some days become a popular spot for surfers. The salt marshes and oyster beds are also very close, accessible on foot or by bike.

My charming little house is located 100 m from Plaisance Beach, just across the road... Large 5 km beach between BOYARDVILLE and Le Port du DOUHET. Small marina with restaurants, bars, creperie, boat rentals and jet-ski. You will appreciate my house for its location, its exposure, its decoration. The typical village of SAINT-GEORGES with its hall and beautiful church is located 3 km away.

The Compass

Accommodation in the town center, close to the market shops and close to the marina (e.g. boats to La Rochelle every day in season) and beaches, the village can be visited on foot, many alleys, lanes. Bike rental 100 meters away. Numerous bike paths to travel around the island. The house is equipped with a key box (for self check-in) only in case of unavailability on our part.

East side, in the heart of the village of Foulerot, 1 km from the beach, Cozy house of 70 m2 including a living room with open kitchen of 30 m2, a bedroom of 16 m2, a bathroom with bathtub, separate toilet, and a large garage. The house is fully fenced with a 400 m2 garden and 50 m2 parking on the property. We accept pets.
