Stone Cottage in Grounds of a 16th-Century Castle

The cottage sits on the grounds of a castle dating back to 1543 offering an authentic stay. The interior retains a decor that matches the historic charm of the area with modern comforts added and a shared pool in the stunning gardens outside. This is our smallest cottage and cannot take an additional bed or cot. The other cottages are all larger and can do this. All 3 cottages can be rented separately or together. They are in the grounds of a 16th century castle with beautiful gardens and large swimming pool enclosed by stone walls. The lower salon and summer kitchen in the main chateau is available to share. Access is by the side garden gate and all cottages are accessed by stone steps- sadly not suitable for wheelchairs. We will most likely be present living in the main Chateau and available to help and advise about restaurants and things to do in the area. We will share the pool and gardens. The old village is in a beautiful part of France that is has retained its iconic beauty through the centuries and still feels untouched by modern life in many places. Experience true local dining and bakeries with scenic walking trails all around. parking is in the church square below the Chateau. There is a local taxi service in the village and bus service to Avignon, Banyols sur Ceze and Uzes but car hire is recommended. We are 20 minutes from Avignon TGV rail station and about an hour from Marseille, Nimes or Montpellier airports. The cottages are completely private and tranquil.

L'Oasis

The Oasis, a rare place for nature lovers in the middle of a 1-hectare olive grove between Uzès and the village of Collias. In this small architect's house in Vers stone with its private terrace, totally autonomous, solar electricity and drilling, you will find calm and tranquility. In the morning the peacocks will come to greet you and wish you a beautiful day. The Gardon and Alzon next door for swimming and a swimming pool shared with us, will refresh you on summer days

Provencal villa with pool and spa

Enjoy a beautiful stay near the charming town of Uzès (and close to Pont du Gard). Not far from Avignon, Nîmes, the Camargue, the sea or the Cévennes, the place is conveniently located for exploring the region. In our very typical village of St Quentin la Poterie, all shops, you will fall in love with the creations of potters, restaurants, the farmers' market on Tuesdays and the authentic Provencal market on Fridays in a southern atmosphere.

Quiet in a picturesque village, 30 km from the TGV and 20 from the highway. Serenity in a fenced garden of 2000 m2, wooded and not overlooked, covered terrace and solarium terrace with awning, swimming pool from June 15 to September 15, barbecue, bocce ball court. Comfort with very complete equipment: no stairs, bedding, appliances and garden furniture. Rest: Linens and sheets are provided, cleaning included. Here you can spend lazy days.

Uzès is a charming town located in the south of France, in the Gard department, in the Occitanie region. Nestled between Nîmes and Avignon, it is close to the Rhone Valley and the Cevennes, offering an exceptional setting for nature lovers with green spaces and rich in history.

"Mont Aigu" villa with exceptional views. We offer a new luxury villa of 130 m2 comprising a large living room with an open kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. From each bedroom you can go out onto the 150 m2 terrace with a 28 m2 swimming pool and heated jacuzzi (from 05.01 to 10.01). An aperitif corner, barbecue or lookout entirely for you. Can host up to 7 people. You can park your vehicle in a garage. The land is fenced.

Bergerie de Cassagne Gîte

The cottage is located in a small typical Gard village around Uzès. Beautiful stone village, on a hill, built around its church. On the heights of the village, just behind the cottage, you will have a beautiful view of the Cévennes for the sunset from the 11th century chapel. The building is part of a larger complex, an old sheepfold, the sheepfold of Cassagne, named after the last shepherd of the property.

I am renting out a spacious 300 m² village house located in Gaujac in the Gard region, within a vineyard producing Côtes du Rhône. You will be close to the Duchy of Uzès and Pont du Gard (20 minutes), the Cité des Papes d'Avignon (30 minutes) and the ancient city of Nîmes (40 minutes). The seaside resorts of Grau du Roi, La Grande Motte and Port Camargues are 1 hour drive away.

A ten-minute walk from the historic center of Uzès, stone mazet with a double bedroom and a mezzanine with two single beds. A third single sofa bed in the living room. Note that the only bathroom/toilet is accessed through the double bedroom. Washing machine and dishwasher, Wi-Fi and linen included. Private garden with pool.

The Pigeonnier of Mas de La Barjolle

Dependency of a 17th century Provençal farmhouse, olive oil production farm. Le Pigeonnier is a single-storey dwelling independent of the farmhouse with a bathroom equipped with an Italian shower, a bedroom with a double bed, a kitchen-dining room, a beautiful vaulted room, an old hunting lounge and a veranda.
