Apartment holiday rentals in La Carrasca, Algirós

Staying with Lucia was perfect, I easily checked in and got into a beautiful apartment, everything is clean, everything is there. There is also a living room, a kitchen with all the appliances, everything is just great! Also, the hostess was accommodating and allowed me to leave the apartment a little later because I had a late flight. In general, I recommend this hostess!

The area was very lively, with public transport quickly to the beach and in the city. As a solo traveler, just the right thing. You can find places to eat and drink everywhere. Several supermarkets nearby. I am very grateful that I had Aurora as my host. She is very friendly, trustworthy, considerate and not intrusive! Will come again any time! Fully recommended! Really a pleasure to stay at Cris's, she is SUPER friendly and cares at all times that you feel at home. There was coffee, water and other products available to consume, which Cristina always kept replenished, and in addition to very pleasant conversations, she always gave me good directions to get around Valencia. It was a pleasure to stay with Cris, I hope to return to Valencia and if so I would try to stay with her again!! I forgot to mention that the whole house (especially the bathroom) was super clean.

Felt at home at Maria's place! The apartment is only a 5 minute walk to the beach, a few minutes to public transportation (to both bus and tram), 2 minute walk to Mercadona market and lots of things to do nearby. Room and shared bathroom were impeccably clean. Maria is very friendly and was very helpful by giving me recommendations on what to do or how to get around. Maria and Lisa (the cat) will make you feel at home! I will definitely book her room again on my next trip to Valencia!

A wonderful stay. The apartment is just as described and actually is bigger than it looks in the pictures. Amazing location just behind the cathedral but on a quiet road.

Nothing to complain about. You get what you see, and that for a very good price in a top location. Definitely recommended.

Olga and her son were very kind and understanding. I am grateful for their hospitality! I arrived at a late hour and they were super accommodating! The apartment is modern and very well entertained. The bedroom is practical and comfortable. The neighbouring area was a bit noisy for my taste, especially when it's hot summer and you have to keep the bedroom's windows open. But I'm still happy about the experience!

Eva is an amazing host! She is very kind and helpful and her cat Brinca is just lovely. The room and the flat were very cosy and super clean. Truely one of the most soulful homes I've been to, decorated with respect to history. Eva let us use the kitchen and the rooftop terrace and it felt like home. The location is also perfect! In a calm neighbourhood, walking distance to the beach, near market – everything you need is there. Thank you for hosting us!

Wonderful apartment. Close by many lovely restaurants and (bus) connections to city centre. It was exactly as described and we found it clean, comfortable and exactly what my friend and I were after. There was a slight issue with the aircon not quite working as you would expect but the host immediately reset it and it work ed perfectly after. Would recommend for a comfortable stay in Valencia!

This was our 3rd time in Valencia in two years and Antoniette’s place was simply the best - great location to all our favorite restaurants, coffee shops, attractions and central market (our daily visit). The apartment was fully stocked and had all the amenities to stay comfortable for a longer stay. We stayed for a week and to make Valencia work for my schedule…I worked the entire week from the apartment. The best part of the apartment was Antoniette herself, who was friendly and constantly reaching out to ensure we were comfortable and didn’t need anything. One evening, I had a minor issue, and she was getting ready to come over to the apartment and take care. Fortunately, the issue resolved itself and goes to show how great and caring of a host she is. I can’t wait to stay at her place again…best option for young couples.

Javier was a very responsive host, always providing clear instructions for check in and any other questions that came up. Overall our stay was very nice. The location cannot be better, and having a parking spot in the city center is a luxury. House was well stocked with cleaning and other items.

Rafa is an amazing host. The apartment is so centrally located to restaurants, cafes, coffee shops, shopping, grocery store, etc. The apartment is well appointment, extremely clean. We felt at home. Rafa is so responsive and informative. He was extremely helpful recommending restaurants, local attractions, etc. Rafa goes above and beyond for his guests. The most complementary thing I can say is that we stay again at his place, without hesitation. If you are looking for a place to stay in Russafa, this is the place!!

We loved our stay here! The apartment was as exactly as described, and was more than fully stocked with what we needed (toilet paper, towels, kitchen and dish cleaning materials, kitchen basics for cooking). The area is perfect for a 5 minute walk into the Ciutat Vella, with lots of bars, restaurants and morning bakeries nearby. We parked easily at Centro Nuevo shopping car park, with just a quick 10/15 walk to the apartment. Co-host Solana was very helpful and communicative. Perfect base to explore Valencia!

A fantastic apartment for a city stay. Great terrace with sensational views, the accommodation is clean and well equipped. Central and yet very quiet location. Ana is a wonderful host: very friendly, always available and helpful. 100 percent recommendation, we would definitely come back.

Oscar is a fantastic host — helpful, kind, and incredibly responsive. The apartment is beautiful, spotless, and well-equipped with everything you might need. The location couldn’t be better: just one block from the Ruzafa Market, with amazing access to fresh produce, great restaurants, coffee shops, vintage stores, and more — all within a 5 to 15-minute walk. I would definitely stay here again!

Justo's apartment was love at first sight and did not disappoint. In addition to all the amenities it offers, it has a piano in the living room, which for any fan (as is the case with our family) was a plus. Justo is very open and kind with his space, he shares his home and his belongings as if his guests were family. He leaves you his music, his books, his drinks with total confidence. He welcomed us with an appetizer upon arrival and was in touch prior to each moment. The apartment has air conditioning in each room, full bathrooms in each room. Washing machine, dishwasher. He leaves you beach items, space in his cupboards. It has filtered water in the tap, which seems like a gimmick but greatly helps with daily logistics. It is within walking distance of the City of Sciences and Gulliver Park. In short, I definitely recommend it and would return (it is true that there is an odor issue when operating the main bathroom, but I fear that it is a generalized issue in Valencia and not specific to the apartment)

We loved our stay! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to relax and enjoy Valencia!

Everything was nice, we just didnt like the strong parfume smell from those sticks, which we placed outside during our stay. It was clean, they welcomed us with wine and beer in the fridge which is a nice touch, thanks. Good thing is that they provided a beach chair and an sunshade which we used at a beach. Host is nice and responsive, location is great, and we would book again!

Our stay was wonderful- meeting Maria was like meeting family! She took the time to tell us about the best of Valencia - it was an exceptional experience. Thank you and we hope to return

Adrian was an excellent host. Always replied to messages promptly. The apartment was in an excellent location for walking around the city. Close to cafes, restaurants and historic locations. The clement had everything we needed. Very comfortable beds and we had peaceful nights sleep even though we were in the old city centre. I recommend Adrian’s house very much.

The apartment fully met our expectations. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and just like the photos. Great communication with the host and a nice location. Definitely recommended!
