Luxury apartment with a private balcony and a beautiful view, a short walk from St. Mark's Square. One week before arrival, you will be asked to provide the ID of one guest, along with payment of the cleaning fee (€50 for the group) and the accommodation tax. Your data will only be shared with the Police and the Municipality. Elevators are rare in Venice: there are around 50 steps, but they aren't too steep. There is a luggage delivery service directly to the apartment. There is a luggage storage room.

It's 5 minutes from St. Mark's Square, and is close to other attractions. Art lovers will find La Biennale just around the corner. No pets allowed.

You will be welcomed by a quiet and elegant atmosphere where you can relax on the balcony looking at the canal. It can be easily reached from Piazzale Roma, Tronchetto car park and railway station by taking the waterbus line 2 and getting off at the San Marco San Zaccaria stop.

The apartment is inside the church called "Chiesa di SAN GIOVANNI ELEMOSINARIO" one of the oldest churches in the Rialto area built in the 11th century, the only church saved from a fire that broke out in the 15th century and by 1700 it had become the priest’s house.
