Full of rustic charm inside, with loads of space and many quirky old features. Fantastic outdoor entertaining area, with magical automatic illuminating lanterns and large dining table. There is a barbecue, ping-pong table and petanque (boules). . Amazing setting, 2km from "Champagne" village pub/post office.

Eiffel is spacious and light with high ceilings and large windows offering views of the surrounding countryside. It is well equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday including a utility room with washer and dryer. Our cottage is located in a mill on the beautiful river La Dronne. It is a very spacious apartment (55 m2) fully renovated. A bedroom with a view of the river, and a beautiful terrace overlooking it. Direct access to the river for swimming or canoeing that we provide. Please note that the staircase leading to the gîte is quite narrow and steep and is not suitable for people with disabilities as well as for some people with limited mobility
