Vous pourrez profiter des équipements communs aux autres gîtes. Piscine avec terrasse ouverte à partir du 01 Mai, une plus petite pour enfants (3 x 4 mètres), un terrain de tennis, boulodrome, aire de jeux, etc.

Le gîte "La Petite Maison", meublé de tourisme 3 étoiles, où il est bon de passer du temps. Situé en pleine nature, au cœur du Périgord Vert, à seulement 3 min de Brantôme. Vous apprécierez y séjourner pour son confort et sa quiétude, avec sa terrasse exposée Sud-Est, son jacuzzi et son jardin (non clos). À NOTER : Jacuzzi inclus pour toutes locations entre le 1er mai et le 30 septembre. En dehors de cette période le jacuzzi est en supplément, sur demande.

Our cottage is located in a mill on the beautiful river La Dronne. It is a very spacious apartment (55 m2) fully renovated. A bedroom with a view of the river, and a beautiful terrace overlooking it. Direct access to the river for swimming or canoeing that we provide. Please note that the staircase leading to the gîte is quite narrow and steep and is not suitable for people with disabilities as well as for some people with limited mobility

Built in the 19th century, fully renovated recently, The house is nested in the middle of an organic truffle and walnut orchard. In terms of outdoor activities you can enjoy a paddle court, a 13 meter long heated pool, or play table tennis in the garden. The house has very fine finishings, all the details have been selected by our interior designer.
