In the heart of Domaine Le Repaire, Chez Mimi is located at the end of a peaceful hamlet, just 2 km from the village of Mareuil. It is a spacious cottage for 6 people, ideal for enjoying a pleasant vacation with family or friends and taking advantage of the calm and relaxed lifestyle in the countryside. Guests can take advantage of the facilities common to other cottages. Pool with terrace open from May 1st, a smaller one for children (3 x 4 meters), a tennis court, boules court, playground, etc.

Our cottage is located in a mill on the beautiful river La Dronne. It is a very spacious apartment (55 m2) fully renovated. A bedroom with a view of the river, and a beautiful terrace overlooking it. Direct access to the river for swimming or canoeing that we provide. Please note that the staircase leading to the gîte is quite narrow and steep and is not suitable for people with disabilities as well as for some people with limited mobility

Built in the 19th century, fully renovated recently, The house is nested in the middle of an organic truffle and walnut orchard. In terms of outdoor activities you can enjoy a paddle court, a 13 meter long heated pool, or play table tennis in the garden. The house has very fine finishings, all the details have been selected by our interior designer.

Less than a kilometer away, the village of Tocane offers all amenities. Between Brantôme, Périgueux and Ribérac, you can discover the rich heritage, colorful markets and many summer festivals according to your desires.
