Holiday rentals with lake access in La Chapelle-Saint-Mesmin

The house is quietly located near the Canal d 'Orléans (within walking distance for bucolic walks), it is full of vintage charm and decorated with care and taste, and super well equipped, including the kitchen. The two outdoor spaces are ideal for moments with family or friends: a garden furniture sheltered by a century-old lime tree (or even millennium) on the street side, a terrace with pool and garden on the courtyard side to remake the world around a barbecue. In short, we would definitely recommend this beautiful house, which makes you want to come back!

Tatiana was very welcoming and patient when we were late arriving. She gave us great restaurant and tourist advice. It was amazing to stay in such a historic and beautifully restored and maintained home. The beds are very comfortable and the shower is great. The courtyard garden is charming Right in the middle of the historic centre so easy walking everywhere, we would highly recommend a stay here.

Very good stay at Isabelle's where we felt comfortable in a quiet and soothing environment. Very well equipped. The kids loved feeding the chickens and eating their eggs... The banks of the Loiret are timeless just around the corner. The city of Orléans has many points of interest. We loved the floral park. We recommend it.

Our stay was very pleasant in Angélique's pretty house, buccolic place, quiet and conducive to serenity.

Listing is as pictured and described. It is small, but clean and very functional and very well placed for visiting Orléans without being disturbed by the noise of the hypercenter during this period of Johannic parties. The descent for the parking is indeed very narrow, but by mastering his vehicle and his driving well, it passes (I have a Toyota Auris II). Finally, it's not the host's fault, but a next door neighbor is particularly noisy... It can be a problem if you want to go to bed early.

This is a lovely well located and appointed apartment. The living room is spacious and provides wonderful views of the city. The location is good with only a short walk to the city centre. Stephanie was an exceptional host and helped us greatly. I would thoroughly recommend the apartment and host to other visitors.

We had a wonderful time in the Love Room, a real romantic cocoon, decorated with great taste and delicate touches. Upon our arrival, we were greeted by a warm and charming atmosphere, with beautiful rose petals that immediately set the tone. A huge thank you to Stéphanie for her availability and kindness throughout the stay. She was able to respond at all times, with valuable information and a high level of responsiveness. We had a perfect stay in this apartment. Orléans is a very interesting city, and the apartment is perfectly located to enjoy a few days here. It's on a quiet street by the river, very close to many restaurants and the city center. Perfect! The apartment is spacious and has everything you need to enjoy a pleasant stay in Orléans

The accommodation is lovingly furnished. The park makes the recreation package perfect. Mathias and Sam are wonderful and attentive hosts. The location of the accommodation is close to the Loire bike path. Many sights are in the vicinity, even larger cities (Tours, Orleans, Paris...) are very easy to reach by car and train. Shopping facilities (bakery, butcher and supermarket) are nearby. We can recommend the accommodation. Thank you Mathias and Sam for the wonderful 2 weeks. KuS

Very nice house full of charm and quiet, nice walks nearby. We were 5 adults and two children to celebrate Christmas, each had their own bedroom and bathroom, which allows everyone to have their privacy. The living rooms are spacious and allow everyone to gather by the fire! Special mention for the tree installed that allowed us to celebrate Christmas almost like at home!

The hosts, Anne and Fred were extremely cordial and responsive for any request or question. They responded in a very short amount of time.
