La Duchaylatière between Beauce and Perche

In the park of La Duchaylatière of about 2 hectares landscaped and wooded (which has just received the Label Parcs et Jardins Centre Val de Loir), you will discover a cottage for 4 people of about 130 m2 (far from the main house). In a small independent house, on our 2 ha property, you can enjoy our beautiful garden as well as the view of the countryside while being in your little cocoon. We fell in love with Perche and renovated this little piece of heaven: La Grande Maison for us and La Petite Maison for our guests... so that you too can experience the Perche Effect!

Tiny heated in winter and air-conditioned in summer.

Come and discover the charms of Loir et Cher, the Loir au Perche valley, 30 minutes from Blois and the first castles of the Loire. You are about 1 hours from Beauval Zoo. Quiet apartment cottage in the village center (close to shops). You have a bedroom, a living/dining room and a bathroom. You also have a gated courtyard that will allow you to park several vehicles.
