We had an absolutely perfect stay in this apartment. Everything was in line with (or even better than) what was described in the listing. The apartment was impeccably clean, very well equipped, tastefully decorated and particularly comfortable. The sea view is amazing. The location is ideal, close to all the amenities and points of interest of the city. Host rating was very welcoming. It really feels like a home away from home. I recommend this apartment without hesitation, and I will not hesitate to return during a future stay in Les Sables.

Many thanks to Mylène for making her apartment available to her guests to enjoy this incredible ocean view. We spent a (too) short stay, lulled by the sound of the waves. The apartment is very comfortable, everything is designed to make the stay enjoyable.

We had a great time. The apartment is very functional and the proximity of the ferryman makes it very easy to get around the city center. We just regretted that there was no sofa in the living room, in case of bad weather the living room space is not too suitable to sit quietly.

Eric is a caring and welcoming host. The studio is located in a quiet residence. It is perfectly arranged, well-equipped (dishes, condiments, paper towels, dishwasher tablets, etc.) and its location is ideal for those who want to discover Les Sables d'Olonne on foot. I highly recommend it.

Very good welcome from Thierry and Quentin, same for the communication or it allowed us to organize ourselves as quickly as possible. The accommodation corresponded to the description and photos and it is super well positioned at the foot of the city center to be able to do everything on foot.

We are coming to Claudie and Dominic for the second time. We recommend this comfortable apartment without a second thought. Close to thatched, downtown and the beach, everything can be done on foot or by bike.

Very nice accommodation with a great view of the channel, large balcony to sit and admire the view, comfortable bedding. Very modern bathroom and kitchen with all the necessary comforts and the living room area is very warm, spacious for 3 even 4 people.

Very good stay. The listing is the same as Photos. The balneo is great. However, it is a pity that we cannot use it as many times as we wish because of the recharge time of the hot water tank. View of the sea, very soothing setting.

Very good place that matches the photos. The amenities are well maintained and a little plus the Jacuzzi already ready at check-in, no need to fill it and heat it compared to other listings.

At the height of the service offered. The jacuzzi in its housing is the cherry, with sea view, it's pretty good!! A bottle of chilled sparkling wine was intended for us, nice. We felt good there. Right in the middle of the sands, at the foot of the beach. Comfortable bed. Quiet. What a positive thing!

We had an express stay but the accommodation was really great. The jacuzzi was fully functional at 35 degrees, a real treat. Everything was great, I'll keep the address for future bookings. I'd recommend it without a second thought. Thank you Damien and thank you for the drinks!

This apartment has been tastefully designed. It has a lot of charm, is very practical and you feel really good there. The magic happened as soon as we walked through the door. We discovered the city and its surroundings, but the first project was to contract, rest and recharge. This apartment was the right place. The ocean view on both sides from morning to night was really enjoyable too. Thank you for the welcome, hospitality and small attentions.
