In the lounge theres a coffee table, 2 stylish brown leather chesterfield sofas and a wall mounted smart tv with Netflix. In the sun room theres a log burner with 2 single chairs. A downstairs toilet/washing machine are in the utility. Upstairs are 2 large bedrooms which have super king beds, deep mattresses finished off with 9cm feather toppers.

Guests can enjoy the tranquility of the premises with the possibility of rubbing shoulders with the 3 donkeys of the house. 1 bedroom with the possibility of a baby bed and a sofa bed in the living room area. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Close to shops (supermarket 1 km away – pharmacy – bakery, etc.). Close to Timadeuc Abbey and its cheese, Josselin, Vannes...

Romantique room, au cœur de la Bretagne, avec vue sur le canal. Le confort à été apporté pour les couples, baignoire balnéo deux places dans le SALON, lit spacieux à baldaquin 180/200 cm. Un patio pour les fumeurs et non fumeur, cosy intérieur, lumineux. Pour les personnes sensibles aux bruits, je déconseille, le bien est situé en ville dans une rue passante, dans un immeuble plancher bois, le bruit de pas des locataires du haut peut être dérangeant.

This studio will be perfect for you. Ideally located close to all shops as well as the industrial area. You have a small private parking lot as well as all the essentials for a pleasant stay. (Equipped kitchen, cooking utensils, towel, TV, etc.)

Our place is good for couples, business travelers, families with kids, and big groups. Large enclosed outdoor area: (+ garden furniture, deckchair and barbecue). Many sports activities are possible nearby (hiking, horseback riding, tennis, cycling on the towpath along the canal from Nantes to Brest...). Our accommodation is close to the beach (about 1 hour) and various family-friendly activities (amusement parks, tree climbing...)

We welcome you to a small village in central Brittany between the English Channel and the Atlantic (30 min north coast and 1 hour south coast). Just an 800-meter walk from the center of Plouguenast, you will find shops and local amenities. For hiking lovers (equestrian, mountain biking, hiking) the town has several kilometers of marked trails to discover the Lié Valley, one of the loops passing through the village of Rotz

30 m² apartment on the 1st floor of a small 3-unit building, located in the city center of Pontivy, set back from the main street. The apartment is bright and spacious.
