Due to the elevated situation of the home, you will enjoy the pleasant sea breeze and beautiful views from your private garden with BBQ and pool. The home has been tastefully designed with new furniture and decoration. High speed internet. Although shops and restaurants are a 5 min drive away, the area feels peaceful and secluded.

We have tried to create a peaceful comfortable place where we would like to stay on holiday. You may be house hunting, visiting family, or just having a break away, but I'm sure we can make your stay amazing. We are very close to the village of Arboleas where there are plenty of spanish and European restaurants and the larger town of Albox is 10 minutes away. 35 minutes to the coast

This house and porch are set in groves of olives, palms and fruit trees, has beautiful views, traditional features and plenty of character. Enjoy the relaxing on your terrace or by the pool, and you'll be well situated to explore the Cabo de Gata coastline with all its fabulous beaches. The nearby village of Nijar has a traditional church and square, and there is everything you need to relax. The pool is shared with other guests in 6 apartments spread over the 12 hectare finca.
