The owner lives in the cottage above, but the cottage is completely independent and has no common areas with other tenants or with the hosts. 2 car parking. Nice recently renovated apartment in a small "chalet" condominium, on the heights of the village of La Clusaz (3 minutes). Stunning views of the ski area, absolute calm and authentic atmosphere await. All the essential equipment is at your disposal for a pleasant stay: sheets, linen, raclette machine, coffee machine, ski locker... Private covered parking, ski bus stop 150 m from the accommodation. I'll give you all the best tips for the resort!

Our 85 m² apartment is completely renovated with quality materials. It is close to the Place de l'Eglise, shops, 3 minutes walk from the start of the lifts and ski lessons of Champs Giguet. The apartment is East/West facing. It offers beautiful unobstructed views of the mountain and picturesque chalets. It can accommodate 8 people with its 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 2 separate toilets and spacious storage in each room.
