Monthly Rentals in La Colilla

I arrived and there was no electricity. As in all of Spain; it was the day of the black out. I found 3 big candles in the apartment and a solar garden lamp to light up a little until the electricity comes back at 3am! The apartment looks like the photos (but is significantly less bright), the bathroom is perfect. Very well located in the historic center, I was able to park throughout the stay a few minutes walk away.

Fantastic apartment in the middle of the old town of Avila, with the ample parking only a 1-minute walk away. We have enjoyed the design, the art and the further modern decor and all that in an authentic property.

Raúl was friendly and his place in Ávila was beautiful.

Amazing experience in La Caleña. Juan Carlos is a fantastic host, always attentive and willing, flexible and very nice. We were a group of 10 adults, 3 children, and a dog. The house was exactly what we needed. 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, really appreciated to have one bathroom per room. On each floor, a living-dining room with kitchen, very well equipped everything, kitchenware, appliances, etc. On the ground floor, lawn area that my dog has loved, and a heated pool with a gazebo and several sunbeds. Brand new BBQ. And of course the crown jewel: A room with three gym machines and a jacuzzi that far outweighs the impression it gives in the photo. Awesome. Very comfortable beds, heating, uf, it is a myriad of elements that make the house perfect. 6 km from Ávila, 10min by car, and in the village of La Colilla itself, roads and trails that we have really enjoyed with the dog.
