Le studio est attenant à notre logement, entièrement indépendant. Il se situe dans le centre ville de Châteaubriant, à 5 minutes à pied de la mairie et de l’étang de Choisel, 10 minutes à pied du château et proche des voies vertes (régalante). Malgré la proximité du centre ville , la rue est très peu passante et très calme. Vous disposerez d'un parking privé devant le studio et d'un petit espace extérieur. Possibilité de mettre les vélos en sécurité. Au plaisir de vous rencontrer.

GITE DE LA "PIAIS" IN THE COUNTRYSIDE

Welcome to the country of the Vilaine valleys, a stone's throw from the Corbinières valley between Rennes – Nantes and Redon, in the "Piais" cottage in Guipry-Messac (green station, 1st ecotourism label in France). The cottage is a building on my farm where I came as a little girl to milk the cows with my mom. It fell into ruin and I was able to renovate it 10 years ago and equip it inside and out so that you can enjoy it with your families and friends.

Summer school holidays: weekly rental from Saturday to Saturday. Outside vacation: Minimum 2 nights rental.
