Holiday rentals with beach access in La Costa Partido

Ernesto's apartment is amazing! We go a lot to Mar de Ajo and being 6 people, it always makes us difficult to get a comfortable place to stay. It sits right in front of Nias which is the cutest spa in MDA and is in the pedestrian. It has everything you need for a perfect stay! The only point, is that being on the pedestrian you can hear a lot of noise until 1/2 am. But super manageable. Ernesto was very clear with his instructions and replied whenever we wrote to him. We will definitely be back!

The apartment is very good, just like the photos, super spacious, has everything. From the entrance of Northbeach to the villa is approx 3km. From the apartment to the beach is 10’ walking. It's away from it all, it's an ideal place to disconnect a little, super peaceful. It served us a lot to go with lots of provisions to avoid going out. Costa Emerald has good paradores to eat. Pinamar are approx 20’ of route, keep in mind that it is hand-contramian and not illuminated. From the date we went we could not enjoy much of the facilities but you can tell that it is a place with a lot of potential, clean, very spacious and the people who work there are loving. The host was helpful and available. We'll be back!

But the best of all was Daniel's good vibes, always attentive and willing to help with whatever we needed. From the first moment he made us feel welcome, giving us recommendations and making sure we were comfortable. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it 100%.

Amazing place! We really liked it! We went with my husband and my 8 and 5 children for holy week. The apartment has everything you need, it's super spacious. On one side you have the view of the beach and the other side forest. Super quiet. We were walking on the beach. We rest a lot. Inside the property there is a gym, basketball court, etc, heated pool and close to the beach there is a pool. For those of us looking to rest, they like the beach, but also the forest, disconnecting from the city and being in contact with nature in one place is ideal. For shopping or walking Pinamar and Carilo are super close!

The house is very nice, comfortable and clean, the neighborhood is quiet and surrounded by nature. Florence was very attentive and with clear instructions, it made us easy to access.

Excellent treatment of cecilia, the house is very comfortable on 2 floors, it is in a quiet area, very close to the center of the east coast for a walk, it is ideal for families with children, the way to have 2 bathrooms, 3 blocks from the beach ideal for walking without having to move the car. The beaches are wide.

Beautiful house to enjoy in Costa Esmeralda, ideal for two families. It's even better than what you see in the photos. Jaqueline is always very attentive and communicative. Highly recommended.

We had a great time! The super spacious house, the neighborhood close to the beach, all barbaric! Matias and Cecilia were always very quick, super attentive!! As a constructive comment to improve it would be the cleanliness, because there were hairs on the sheets and everything was not so clean. But we still had a great time!!

Beautiful house in a sports neighborhood. Very comfortable for 8 people (2 families) each had their own space for privacy. Very nice and spacious house. Unfortunately, before us, there were other guests with dogs and the time between our departure and arrival did not allow for a thorough cleaning, which was needed. But Andres resolved it at our request. Andres' service and the house in Costa Esmeralda are highly recommended.

Very nice apartment, spacious and with very nice decoration. It has a privileged view and is very well equipped. I highly recommend it to spend a few days off near the sea.

The host was always attentive and efficient with respect to all questions. The place is just like the photos. The building is of a very good quality. The garages and elevators are very good. Great location facing the beach and steps from the mall.

100% recommended. The apartment is beautiful, bright, and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. Unbeatable location, quiet area (neighborhood and beach), a few blocks from downtown, a few blocks from the Barrio del Jagüel. Special mention for Ignacio who welcomed us and was pending all the time with communication. Also thanks to Daniel for his kindness when we left, and the opportunity they gave us to stay a few more hours because of the issue of luggage. We will definitely be back as soon as possible.

We loved the apartment. Excellent location. The host is very helpful. The patio with grill and laundry room is not shared but is a hallway with the neighbors of the apartment next door, it is a small detail but does not alter the stay. We definitely suggest it
