Located in the heart of a picturesque village, surrounded by vineyards, the house is a short walk to a Michelin starred restaurant and local bar. The Cognac Golf course is a 3 minute drive.

Located in a quiet environment, annex to our main house, not overlooked, in a cul-de-sac with forest, you can park for free in front of the accommodation without any worries. You will be awakened by the birdsong while being close to the N10 (1 min by car) and 3 minutes from the city center (by car) or 5 minutes by bus. Close to all shops (convenience store, bakery, tobacco and pharmacy).
