Les Frênes - Malvy Island

Small private island located between Angouleme and Cognac, on the path of the bike path "La Flow vélo", in the immediate vicinity of the pretty beach of Le Bain des Dames. House with adjoining garden overlooking the river. Numerous activities on site: swimming pool, kayaks and bicycles, large games room: billiards, table tennis, table football, darts, board games, toys for children, books, comics... The island is also home to a forest garden which makes it a true oasis for biodiversity!

This pretty studio is located between the St Cybard and Les Planes neighborhoods, ideally located a 5-minute drive from downtown Angouleme and 2.7 km from the train station and close to the RN10. Bus access is a 3-minute walk away. The entrance to the studio is independent via a secure electric sliding gate with a Pass. The studio is located in an annex building to our main house.

Country home in the city

Angouleme, 10 minutes from the city center, in a peaceful neighborhood, an 18th century house, surrounded by a one-hectare park. The large building is divided into two: owners David and Corinne's accommodation, and a gite. The 180 m2 cottage is on the ground floor and 1st floor. You have access to the garden, the pool (shared with the owners), you have enough to make a barbecue, with furniture for eating out.

The house is in a quiet hamlet, between Jauldes and Brie. You will stay 20 km from Angoulême and 12 km from La Rochefoucauld (15 km from Angoulême TGV station) The house has an equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle), free Wi-Fi and a parking space During your stay, you can take walks in the surrounding countryside. We do not charge a cleaning fee, we expect a contribution from you

The mezzanine is mensardee. It has beautiful beams. We have put a detector but you will have to pay attention to your head. The center of Puymoyen is about 400m away and you will find there small shops and a bus station. Direct access to the "vallée des eaux claires" and multiple hiking spots.
