In a small independent house, on our 2 ha property, you can enjoy our beautiful garden as well as the view of the countryside while being in your little cocoon. We fell in love with Perche and renovated this little piece of heaven: La Grande Maison for us and La Petite Maison for our guests... so that you too can experience the Perche Effect!

Welcome to our charming cottage between Beauce and Perche, 38 m² outbuilding of our main house. Enjoy an independent garden and park your car in our private space. Less than 30 km from Chartres and 5 km from Courville-sur-Eure train station (Paris-Montparnasse line), you are here in the heart of nature, conducive to calm and rest. On request, we will be happy to offer you a homemade breakfast with local products (€12.5/pers). See you soon :)

Atypical house right on the water

In a beautiful bucolic setting and by the water, an atypical and inspiring accommodation: the stables of a mill on the Eure. The sound of the river, the song of the birds, the 13th century mill are there for a total change of scenery. The river lends itself to a short swim, a kayak ride or a fishing trip. Fields and forests surround the mill and offer you many bike rides. And what a pleasure to have a picnic by a lake at sunset!

Nestled in the hollow of a river, in the Perche, near hiking trails and castles, our cottage is ideal for a relaxing weekend: after visiting the region by bike, on foot or by car, you can relax in the spa, enjoy "light therapy" to the sound of soft music, contemplate nature. Then comfortably seated on the terrace at sunset or on the sofa in front of the Norvegian stove, taste the Perche products with family or friends.

Located in the countryside, this place offers you a peaceful oasis. The cottage is fully equipped with a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, Wi-Fi, TV… When you arrive your rooms are ready, beds made with towels for your comfort. You will enjoy its large terrace as well as the parking. Baby equipment available. Conveniently located for visiting Chartres, Orléans, Châteaudun and only 1.5 hours from Paris.

The A11 motorway is 10 minutes away, Illiers-Combray exit: no. 3.1 Nearby (3 km to Bailleau le Pin) are all shops (supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, etc.) Bed linen and towels are provided. 2 pets are allowed for a total price of €10.
