Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in La Crucecita

Great location with both the Centro and Playa Chahue reachable within a 10 minute walk, plus the supermarket two blocks away for whatever you need. Quiet, safe neighborhood. The apartment itself is brand new, so everything was squeaky clean and all the furnishings seemed like they were put in yesterday. Kitchen is extremely well-stocked with pots, pans, blender, storage containers, etc.; if you plan to cook, you'll have just about anything you'll need. The private balcony was a treat to relax with some coffee in the morning. Brie was super responsive and friendly. When a little confusion happened over the AC not working, she was at the door within minutes to fix the issue. Overall, a great stay. Highly recommended.

Raquel's place was perfect for us! Quite spacious and comfortable. It had many amenities: beach towels, umbrellas, toys... The pool was super nice and the location very convenient. Thank you for everything!

If you are wondering where to stay for your visit to Huatulco this condo is in a great location. Restaurants, cafes, groceries, street markets, and a swimable beach are all within walking distance. It was perfect for two "young at heart" adults, it would not be good for children or people with mobility issues. There is no elevator to the third floor and the stairs within the condo are steep. The condo had everything we needed and the private deck and plunge pool were a highlight. The bed was very comfortable, although the pillows were a bit firm for my preference. The back balcony off the bedroom looks out onto the Parque Nacional so there were birds and deer and nature sounds to enjoy. The shared pool and upper patio had lovely plantings and shaded areas to sit. Property managers Adrián and Fluvio were very helpful, spoke fluent English and Mexican Spanish and were easy to reach. Fluvio met us to let us into the condo, gave us a tour and had helpful suggestions about the area.

I travel with family, and the place is excellent, my children had an incredible time, the kitchen very equipped and complete, we bought the things to make breakfast and we were already breakfast before we did our tours. The pool is very nice and at night with light. I loved that it has a laundry room and so I was able to bring my clean and dry clothes, since being a beach my children spent a lot of jeje clothes. I would rent it again without a doubt. :)

The condo was beautiful, great location.

Just excellent—in every way. Jessica's place is quiet, clean, and secure. It's on the ground floor with excellent access to the pool (which you really need!) and on-site parking. Maria and Wendy, the two people who look after the condo in La Crucecita are incredibly helpful. The rooms are big, the kitchen is well-stocked, and the bathrooms are neat and tidy. Bahía Chahué is right around the corner and Playa Santa Cruz is a 15 minute walk or a quick cab ride away. Speaking of cabs, they are plentiful, inexpensive, and safe in La Crucecita. Completely worth it!

We had a wonderful stay. The pool was amazing, ideal for relaxing and enjoying. The master bedroom, being separated from the main house, gives it a special touch: it is cozy and offers excellent privacy. Everything was perfectly designed for a comfortable and enjoyable experience. We definitely recommend it!

I went to spend a few days in Huatulco with my family, and the truth is we were delighted with the stay, it felt like the warmth of a home, very clean and very nice everything, the rooms impeccable, the kitchen super equipped, the attention from the host was the best, recommended beaches to visit, my children were delighted, I would definitely be delighted to stay again.

Awesome stay at this beautiful modern home. My wife and I stayed here for 8 days to warm up after a trip to chilly Chihuahua. We really enjoyed the open design of the kitchen and dining area right next to the pool. We spent most of our time in or by the pool. The home is in a gated community and feels safe and very private. It has 3 bedrooms and plenty of beds to sleep in if you have a big family or share the rental with friends. You are close to downtown area and nice places to eat but you probably need a taxi or just rent a car. We ended up just stopping at the grocery store and stocking up on food and drinks for our stay. We had a very nice relaxing time and would definitely stay here again which is something we look forward to.

Beautiful place. Very clean and tidy. It's as described. Both the apartment and the common areas very nice. equipped with everything necessary. The only thing uncomfortable would be the bus with music that runs constantly in the evenings until about midnight, but it's something that escapes the control of the building. Parking is street parking but we didn't struggle at all in finding a place to park. We look forward to coming back!!

Claudia and Stefano are absolutely the best hosts; always available, helpful and responsive. We were here last winter(Feb/Mar)as their guests and couldn’t wait to come back‼️

Excellent facilities, I would have loved to spend more time there, but we came to spend time on the beach then I feel that we did not take advantage of the property , however that does not demerit you how beautiful and comfortable it is, if the trip had been with another planning and the longer time it would have been more profitable for us. Take into account that you have to read the waste separation regulations and ask about electricity consumption.

This is a very lovely place with a fantastic sea view. Also a very well equipped kitchen and ample space. Air conditioning works great and very easy on site parking. We would definitely stay again.
