Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in La Crucecita

Great location with both the Centro and Playa Chahue reachable within a 10 minute walk, plus the supermarket two blocks away for whatever you need. Quiet, safe neighborhood. The apartment itself is brand new, so everything was squeaky clean and all the furnishings seemed like they were put in yesterday. Kitchen is extremely well-stocked with pots, pans, blender, storage containers, etc.; if you plan to cook, you'll have just about anything you'll need. The private balcony was a treat to relax with some coffee in the morning. Brie was super responsive and friendly. When a little confusion happened over the AC not working, she was at the door within minutes to fix the issue. Overall, a great stay. Highly recommended.

Raquel's place was perfect for us! Quite spacious and comfortable. It had many amenities: beach towels, umbrellas, toys... The pool was super nice and the location very convenient. Thank you for everything!

If you are wondering where to stay for your visit to Huatulco this condo is in a great location. Restaurants, cafes, groceries, street markets, and a swimable beach are all within walking distance. It was perfect for two "young at heart" adults, it would not be good for children or people with mobility issues. There is no elevator to the third floor and the stairs within the condo are steep. The condo had everything we needed and the private deck and plunge pool were a highlight. The bed was very comfortable, although the pillows were a bit firm for my preference. The back balcony off the bedroom looks out onto the Parque Nacional so there were birds and deer and nature sounds to enjoy. The shared pool and upper patio had lovely plantings and shaded areas to sit. Property managers Adrián and Fluvio were very helpful, spoke fluent English and Mexican Spanish and were easy to reach. Fluvio met us to let us into the condo, gave us a tour and had helpful suggestions about the area.

Just excellent—in every way. Jessica's place is quiet, clean, and secure. It's on the ground floor with excellent access to the pool (which you really need!) and on-site parking. Maria and Wendy, the two people who look after the condo in La Crucecita are incredibly helpful. The rooms are big, the kitchen is well-stocked, and the bathrooms are neat and tidy. Bahía Chahué is right around the corner and Playa Santa Cruz is a 15 minute walk or a quick cab ride away. Speaking of cabs, they are plentiful, inexpensive, and safe in La Crucecita. Completely worth it!

Un lugar muy limpio... cerca una playa muy linda... el departamento está muy completo (tiene trastes, toallas) realmente te sientes en casa...

Casa muito boa, com tudo que precisa para se hospedar muito bem em Huatulco. Perto de restaurantes e mercados, é com muita privacidade. Os anfitriões são pessoas maravilhosas , nos ajudaram muito . Com certeza voltaremos a ficar aqui.

Un alojamiento muy agradable, viajamos en familia y Angie fue muy amable y accesible con la hora de entrada y salida, nos dieron recomendaciones para disfrutar las vacaciones, fueron muy atentos y la casa cumple con todo lo descrito, recomiendo ampliamente este alojamiento para disfrutar de unas vacaciones en familia o con amigos....!!

Tuvimos una estancia maravillosa. La piscina fue increíble, ideal para relajarse y disfrutar. El master bedroom, al estar separado de la casa principal, le da un toque especial: es acogedor y ofrece una privacidad excelente. Todo estuvo perfectamente pensado para una experiencia cómoda y placentera. ¡Sin duda lo recomendamos!

Fui a pasar unos días en Huatulco con mi familia, y la verdad quedamos encantados con la estancia, se sentía la calidez de una casa, muy limpia y muy bonito todo, las habitaciones impecables, la cocina súper equipada, la atención por parte del anfitrión fue de lo mejor recomendado que playas visitar, mis hijos quedaron encantados, sin duda regresaría encantada a hospedarme.

Awesome stay at this beautiful modern home. My wife and I stayed here for 8 days to warm up after a trip to chilly Chihuahua. We really enjoyed the open design of the kitchen and dining area right next to the pool. We spent most of our time in or by the pool. The home is in a gated community and feels safe and very private. It has 3 bedrooms and plenty of beds to sleep in if you have a big family or share the rental with friends. You are close to downtown area and nice places to eat but you probably need a taxi or just rent a car. We ended up just stopping at the grocery store and stocking up on food and drinks for our stay. We had a very nice relaxing time and would definitely stay here again which is something we look forward to.

Excelente departamento, limpio, amueblado y en una ubicación donde realmente todo está no más de 15 min realmente me sentí en casa, además Arturo es un gran anfitrión. lo recomiendo mucho

Hermoso lugar. Muy limpio y ordenado. es tal cual se describe. Tanto el apartamento como las areas comunes muy bonitas. equipado con todo lo.necesario. Lo unico incomodo seria el autobus con musica que pasa constantemente en las noches hasta media noche aproximadamente, pero es algo que se escapa del control del edificio. El estacionamiento es en la calle pero no batallamos para nada en encontrar lugar para aparcar. Esperamos volver!!

Excelentes instalaciones, me hubiera encantado pasar más tiempo ahí, pero venimos a pasar tiempo en la playa entonces siento que no sacamos provecho del inmueble , sin embargo eso no le demerita lo bonito y cómodo que es, si el viaje hubiera sido con otra planeación y el mayor tiempo se hubiera pasado en el inmueble hubiera sido más rentable para nosotros. tomar en cuenta que hay que leer el reglamento de separación de residuos y preguntar por consumo de energía eléctrica.

el lugar está agradable muy bonito y tranquilo con muchas vistas y actividades se los recomiendo a mi familia le encantó si lo recomiendo al 100%

This is a very lovely place with a fantastic sea view. Also a very well equipped kitchen and ample space. Air conditioning works great and very easy on site parking. We would definitely stay again.
