Located between Perche and the Normandy coast, 2 hours from Paris, this pretty home welcomes you for short and long stays. Fans of old stones, shimmering nature and evenings by the fireplace will find their happiness there… The capacity is three people. The house consists of a living room with wood-burning stove, an equipped kitchen (induction stove, oven, kettle, etc.), a bathroom with bathtub and two bedrooms (one single and one double).

The accommodation consists of two parts separated by 5 m from each other; a 16 m2 private bedroom cottage equipped with a double bed and a raised single bed on one side and a 17 m2 building adjoining our house in which there is a bathroom and a private kitchen/dining area as well. All of which makes up a complete independent accommodation.

The small home offers you a bedroom on the ground floor, a fitted and equipped kitchen and two bedrooms upstairs. The street is peaceful. A pond with a playground is 600 m away on foot. All shops are a two minute walk away. (bakery, grocery store, charcuterie, butcher, restaurant, florist and pharmacy ) The VILLERON barn is 500 m on foot.
