Beautiful house, spacious, tastefully decorated and located close to several tourist sites of South Finistère. We were very well accommodated and the accommodation was impeccably clean when we arrived. In short, we didn't miss anything and the heated pool was the icing on the cake. A big thank you to Aurélie and Eugène for their hospitality, we recommend it 100% and hope to be able to return one day.

A beautiful bright space for 3 busy days with friends and family. Very comfortable, well thought out and super equipped house. I felt relaxed from the moment I set foot in the house. Everyone (multigenerational) who stayed was comfortable. Thank you. Would love to return !

We had a great stay at Thomas and Karen's place. The house had everything we needed, and the location was fantastic: quiet, peaceful, and with a nice swimming pool. Karen and Thomas were very friendly and responded quickly to our messages. They even brought us a local delicacy made by Thomas's mother. Highly recommended!

This is a fantastic house! Private, quiet, well equipped and with comfortable beds. The yard is beautiful and the heated pool is a delight. There are lots of things to do. We all had a great week there.

Fantastic location, amazing sea views. The weather wasn’t excellent so the indoor pool and jacuzzi were very much appreciated! The house is large and spacious with a fantastic living, kitchen and dining space.

Modern small house, tastefully furnished and color-coordinated, high-quality and technically up-to-date. Inviting terrace with shaded dining table, which we unfortunately could not use due to the bad weather.

A real little haven of paradise, the house is very pleasant, you feel good there. The garden is beautiful and you can hear the sound of the waves. Barbara and Julien's accommodation was impeccable with everything you need inside and out, to feel at home during our stay. Our 2-year-old daughter was thrilled on the children's floor, so she wasn't disappointed by the capricious weather to enjoy all the games and books! Great location for exploring the surroundings! we had a great stay in Manuella's cottage. Old original house refurbished with modern kitchen and bathroom, ideally located to enjoy the sea and walks in the area.

Very nice well decorated house and above all very well equipped...nothing is missing! Very nice garden too. The sea is a 10/15 min walk, a good creperie 100m behind the residence. I recommend this beautiful rental for 6 people we were comfortable. Thanks to Sandrine and Bruno who are very welcoming hosts!

Great house, right on the sandy beach. Just the thing for families, including 4 chickens that provide fresh eggs each morning. We were able to swim, kayak, ride a bike, etc. Fresh oysters and crabs are close to the Vivier if you don't want to look for yourself. Thank you so much for the wonderful holiday!

Really beautiful , clean, to much space for family and friends, everything is perfect.

Very nice cottage with small sea view, very quiet. a very nice living room. All the essentials for the kitchen are there, far beyond most of the cottages because it is the main dwelling of the hosts , so lots of things in the fridge and closet.

We booked the accommodation for a weekend with friends and everything went very well. A sea view, and a privileged location, close to the beach and the city center of Concarneau, the accommodation brought us complete satisfaction. The house is large, spacious, the garden is perfect for aperitifs and evenings or afternoon plancha! I highly recommend this place, and the kindness of its owner.

Perfect accommodation for a stay in tune with the tides. We fell asleep every night lulled by the sound of the waves. The terrace along the beach is really nice. The sea view of 2 bedrooms out of as well as the living room is a real privilege. The jacuzzi on the roof terrace with sea view is a real plus. We found our little corner of paradise in southern Brittany. We'll be back for sure.

We spent a wonderful week in Ty Caprice. Eric and Sandrine greeted us and showed us everything in the house. We immediately felt at home. The view of the sea from the terrace and living room is beautiful. Many hikes are possible from the house, but you should definitely bring good shoes. A very successful holiday, which we would repeat at any time.

We had a great time at Clément's home where everything is very easy. We appreciated the welcome, cleanliness and calmness of the place. The village of La Foret Fouesnant is close to many beaches along the coastal path. We won't hesitate to return!
