It is 36 sqm2 and has a nice terrace featuring direct and beautiful sea views. The apartment was entirely refurbished in 2017. The very bright apartment is situated one minute away from the beach and offers stunning views of the bay and village. There are several supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance.

This sun filled house is not just a mere living space. The magnificent views to the sea and the surrounding volcanic mountains, the large windows and the symmetric lines, turn it into the perfect retreat to relax, unwind and connect with the unique beauty of the island. Its careful refurbishment was made thanks to the contribution and creative input of my cousin, the captain. All the woodwork and the lighting fixtures are designed and custom made in his studio located in the neighborhood.
